We Could Be (Norminah)

°Chapter 5°

~Normani's POV~
When I walked into the room I was so hurt at the sight I was looking at, Dinah was on the bed crying her eyes out and watching 'Lion King'. I just wanted to kiss her cute tear stained face, but I had to keep my composure. Dinah looked up at me and half smiled, "You what?! You want to give us a chance, and did you say you loved me?" "Haha no.. Ok yea I said it I mean it, I wanna be with you Dinah" I said looking at her.

"Ugh Mani your so damn cute, come here, come cuddle with me" Dinah said patting the open space next to her, I slowly made my way to the bed; I climbed up on the bed and layed my head on Dinah's shoulder. "Why were you crying" I asked, "Well.... I was um about to ya know do it with Siope but I couldn't and I wouldn't" she said covering part of her face with her hair.

"Why? If you don't mind me asking, not that I wanted you to do it with that thing, but why?" I said moving her hair, then playing with her fingers. "Why;I wouldn't, because somebody else was on my mind the whole time, and I couldn't because it was going to be my first time I wanted it to be with some1 I loved. Also because he insulted me.. Then I broke up with him for the person I was thinking about" she said looking at me.

"I'm glad you didn't and oh, who is this person" I asked so I can beat the fuck out of them I thought to myself, "You would like to know, wouldn't you" I just smiled at her and nodded. "Hey, I finally thought of a nick name for you" Dinah said changing the subject. "I know your trying to change the subject... But what is it" I asked slightly intried, "Mine?" she more asked than said. I looked at her confused then she said "Normani Kordei Hamilton, will you um be my girlfriend? If you don't want to I unde-" I cut her off by kissing her.

I tangled my hands in her beautiful blonde hair and her arms around my waist the kiss got intense so quick she swiped her tuonge over my bottom lip asking for entrance but I didn't let her in.

~Dinah's POV~
I kept swiping Normani's bottom lip asking for entrance but she wouldn't let me in. I got fustrsted and pulled away, she pouted and it was the hottest thing ever, "So is that a yes to you being my girlfriend?" I asked, "Well duh, your so cute when you ask dumb questions." she said laughing.

I rolled my eyes and pecked her lips repeatedly, "So girlfriend what do you wanna do now?" I asked. "Well I was suppost to go shopping with Zendaya and Camila.. Ahh fuck, I gotta go!" she scurried off the bed but not before kissing me. "You can't stay?" I asked with disappointment laced in my voice, "I told the girls I would go shopping with them, and I was just coming over here to get my stuff.. Wait you can go shopping with us" Normani said smiling at me.

I shook my head no, she frowned and asked why I told her because Camila was mad at me. "She's not mad at you babe, she was just concerned for me, that's all. And I don't care if she was mad at you, I want my beautiful, smart, tall, strong girlfriend to go with me" she said grabbing my hand and rubbing it. I finally gave in, and got dressed and so did Normani.

We were twining, I actully already had the whole thing planned out, the, night before she came over I had went to my personal designer and picked up the outfit. Normani got surprised when she saw both of our outfits, she jumped in my arms and put her legs around waist and her arms around my neck. And kissed my cheek. "What was that for.. Not that I didn't like it" I asked "Because I've always wanted to match with the person I am dating" "You've never match with one of your ex's" she shook her head no.

I put her down and looked her in the eyes and said "I'll be your first for everything, I promise.. Even if it's something goofy I'll stick by you and do it" she smiled and grabbed my hand, she didn't speak but I knew she was saying thank you by the way she was looking at me. We walked downstairs hand and hand "Bye Oliver, I'm going out.. And take the rest of the day off" I said and he said thanks then me and Normani left.
