Jasmine ~

I had just finished Valentines hair and she loved it, as she always does.

"Its really nice, thank you Jas." She smiled, checking her hairstyle out from all different angles in the mirror.

"No problem." I said placing my glasses on the bridge of my nose.

"Jas, you only need glasses for reading and writing." My sister said once again frowning at me.

"I know, but it helps my apperance that I'm trying to keep up, so they leave me alone." I replied quietly knowing that she wouldn't like hearing it. I've gotten so used to wearing them that I probably do need them now.

She looked fustrated before sauntering out my room muttering to herself on the way out.

I shook my head, put on my battered converse and then grabbed my bag, making my way down the stairs, heading out the door after saying goodbye to everyone.

I got into school before the bell went and made my way to my form room putting all my stuff in my locker before going and lining up and waiting for the rest of my class to arrive.

Once the whole class had arrived and was settled the teacher took attendance and then we were allowed to go to our lessons, so I hurridely grabbed my bag and ran out of there.

Relief flooded through me once I was away from my form group, from their odd looks and their nasty comments.

When I looked around just to check that no one was behind me I bashed into something hard, causing the person to drop all there stuff and groan in annoyance.

I didn't even notice until the person ducked down on the floor, that my glasses had fell off and while the person that was obviously a boy picked up his stuff I frantically looked all over the floor around me but couldn't spot my glasses.

Then I stopped dead still. The boy had stood up and was staring at me, with my glasses dangling off his hand. Of course it was one of the most popular boys in school, this isn't typical at all. The geek banging into the badboy? Honestly never happens.

His name was Cameron and he had been classed as the schools 'bad boy' ever since around the second year of secondary school. He was always in trouble. I don't even know how he hasn't been kicked out of this school yet. The one thing that probably made his label properly official was the story that he apparently set the head teachers car on fire. I know, its a very serious accusation to pin all on one boy because they used to get in trouble so much. There was never any actual real proof that it was him and I think that maybe the reason he wasn't kicked out for it.

"You look better without these you know." He informed me looking amused when I look looked uncomfortable, picking at the bottom of my cardigan.

I reached out for my glasses and he pulls them back making me stumble forward straight into him and my breath caught in my throat from being this close to a boy in general. He looked irritated and quickly shoved the glasses into my hand.
