"Channie, can I tell you something?"

A boy and a girl were sitting in the park on the grass and studying.

"Sure."

"Well, Channie, you k-know..."

"Don't stutter, talk clearly." He interupted me.

"Uhm, Channie, I think I LIKE YOU!" I shouted the last words.

He froze.

"What?"

"Don't make me say it twice, you heard me loud and clear."

I stared at him and he stared at me with a shocked face.

"Wha-what?"

"So? Do you have feel the same?"

He kept staring.

"I'm sorry, Rihyun..."

I sighed.

"Okay, let's just continue being friends. I only want to be by your side. Forget, what I said, Chanyeol."

//end of flashback//

It was my last lesson today. Physics, the most boring subject in the world. I understood nothing about it. So I just had to sit through it and at least try to understand.

I started drawing in my notebook as I pretended to write some shit down. My thoughts went travelling and I remembered that day when I confessed to Channie.

Of course he didn't forget right away. He was awkward around me for at least a month but then things warmed up again. If I wouldn't have been so initiative, this friendship wouldn't lasted much longer. I was good in acting like nothing happened but deep down, it hurt. When Channie had already forgotten, I still was in love with him to the point I couldn't bare it anymore and just had to come over those feelings. Pretty rough love life for a 14 years old. Although now, after 2 years, when I'm 16, I have no other relationship with Channie than childhood friendship.

The bell rang, disturbing my thoughts. I took my bag and started walking to the park to wait for Channie. He had one more lesson and I had promised to him that I'll wait him in the park.

I bought some choco chip cookies on the way, I know that Channie loves them.

When I got to the park I realized I still have much time left. I decided to walk around the park for some time and then go to our usual meeting place. I sat on a park bench and waited for Channie.

I didn't have to wait long.

He came soon, running over the grass and fallen leaves, since it was autumn. I chuckled but then I saw Channie slip on wet leaves and I quickly got on my feet to help him up.

"Yo, Chanyeol!" I said as I offered him a hand.

He took my had and stood up.

"Hey...hey Rihyun."

"Want some?" I said as I offered him a bag of cookies.

He quickly took it and started stuffing his mouth with cookies. He nodded happily and showed his thumbs to me. So cute.

"Rihyun, you're the best! Thanks!"

I smiled at him.

"Hey, where are we going to study today? At yours or at mine?"

We had this habit that we studied together since I often needed help and Channie was much smarter than me. We were almost neighbours, so sometimes we studied at his and some times at mine.

Channie finished eating and said:"Let's study at my house today."

I nodded and we started going home. First we stopped at my house so I could go and change my clothes while he waited downstairs.

Then we walked past one more house and there we were: at Channie's house.

Channie took me to his room and told me to start doing homework on my own while he takes a shower.

"I want to tell you something after I have showered." He told me with a serious face. I was a bit curious because Channie being serious is very rare since he's always fooling around, talking and smiling.

With a loud sigh I took some books out of my bag and sat on Channie's bed. I tried to read about history but I didn't understand a word I was reading because I couldn't consentrate. Something about Channie's behaviour was off. Maybe something bad has happened? I had nothing else to do but wait.

After I had managed to read half of the history text, Channie walked in.

His hair was wet and he looked kinda hot. What? Now ignore the last part. He was wearing new clothes that were more comfortable. He sat next to me and asked:"How is it going?"

"Fine, until you came back. You had something to tell me?" I said as I gave up on trying to find my consentration again.

"Oh yea, about that..."

I finished this chapter on Chanyeol's B-day! HAPPY YEOLIE-DAY! It's also my real life crush's b-day, fortunately. This must be a good omen.
