Once I touched him.. I felt tingles.. next thing I know 'MATE!! Mate mate mate mate mate mate!' 'God dam girl calm down jeez. You don't gotta go all ape shit on me dam.' 'You cuss at me one more time I'll mentally slap you.' 'Okay okay dang. Now let me get this straight.. Jack is my mate? But..how? He's always been there for me during my whole life and not once did he ever pay attention to me as in a relationship..' 'when he shifted did you see a difference in how he reacts and his action towards you rose?' 'Um..
.well I guess..' 'there you go, he's your true mate! OH MY GOD WE HAVE TO GO. LIKE NOW.' 'Um where are we going?' 'HOME NOW!' I start to back away from jack and dash out of the hospital going home. I can't shift yet till midnight but still I use to be on a track team so I run pretty fast. I get home and run to my room. 'Okay finally that we're home get dressed into something fucking hot! Now!' 'Why the hell should I do that?' 'Urg because we need to look nice when we see our mate again!' 'when would I see him?' 'Once you get dressed looking cute now get ready!' I do as renne says sadly.. I go to my closet and find a black short dress and heels. Wow didn't think I had that stuff. Eh that'll work. I go to the bathroom and take a quick shower. 'How would you know if he wakes?' 'Cause I can' well dam. She's snappy now.. after I get out of the shower I blow dry my hair and brush my teeth. I put on the dress and heels and stand there looking in the mirror.."God I hope he won't reject me.." I decided to walk to the hospital and I caught his scent once more. 'Go to him he's awake' I take a deep breath once I got to the hospital and went to his room. I smiled when I saw him look at me. "Well hi there" "hey.." I waved like I was stupid and started to walk towards him. "How's your birthday going?" I shrug "Well fine till I was told you were in an accident.." "yah..right.." "how did you get in the accident in the first place?? You're a safe driver.." "well I was distracted today..wait was that what you wore to school today?" He looked straight at me with serious eyes like I was gonna be grounded or something.. "um no? I wore my black skirt and a green shirt with boots..but I was told to change.." "oh? By whom?" "Renne.." He gave me a confused look but to show him I touched him and I guess my eyes sparkled and he knew what I meant.

I got the nerves to get onto the bed with him and we just talked the whole time and cuddled. For some reason I was actually comfortable and really liked being so close with him. "I'm guessing Renee is your wolf. Do you know what she looks like yet?" "I have no idea all I know is that she's snappy and annoying." We both laugh and then he started to lean in for a kiss and I kissed him. There was so many sparks I thought I was gonna be blinded by them. I open my eyes to find jack staring right back. I felt my cheeks start to burn and I hid my face. "Why are you hiding rose?" "Umm no reason I..I just don't wanna look up right now that's all.." He pulls up gently on my chin and makes eye contact with me. I feel my cheeks being on fire but all he does is laugh at me! I pout and try to look mad but I epically failed. "Aww you look so cute when you're mad rose." "I'm not cute fear me rawrrrrr." And again he laughs at me. "Rose you're adorable even when you're beyond pissed. I mean I have seen you like it so you can't hide anything other than your body from me." There goes my cheeks again.. Urg why does he make me feel like this?? ' you love him that's why idiot.' 'Not now Renee god. Can I go at least a day without hearing you talk?' 'Well then fine. Good luck trying shift tonight.' 'Wait what no I need you!' No response. God dammit. I look at jack and see he's been starring at me. I look down to the left and sorta just feel awkward. "Rose, whats wrong you're normally not quiet.. is something bugging you?" I jump from his question.. "Oh um no I'm fine. I I just have a lot on my mind right now. Sorry jack.." Jack sighs. "You know you don't have to call me my name right?" "What do you mean?" Next thing I know I'm being picked up bridal style and being sat down on his lap while being cradled like a baby.. though I'm calm and not freaking out...eh oh well. "Rose dear, we're soul mates. We're supposed to have a special connection no one else has with us. Rose.. I've known you were my mate since I first shifted. Your scent was so strong and really hard to resist. It's why the past couple months I haven't been around much because of it. For instance, right now my wolf is dying to meet with yours tonight even though you might not even be able to reach Renee at the moment it's okay. And I know you feel the same way since every time you were always around me your heart would flutter and start beating faster. Plus your face would get pink if I was to close to you. So even if you didn't notice you had a major crush on me which turned out to be faith of us being together." Dammit...I can feel my face getting really hot and I'm smiling like an idiot..I hope he doesn't notice it.
