Every day, you're lied to. Almost everything you hear is completely false. Science is merely a collection of evidence and hypotheses. The theories are simply interpretations of the evidence, and none of them fit completely.
The same goes for what is socially acceptable. It's what the majority of people agree on, not what really should be done. Everything is subject to speculation, and nothing can truly be declared as right or wrong.
Every day we clamber over each other in a selfish attempt to gain something. This is why people are so different and act so hostile. If you can make it seem good, then it becomes socially acceptable, no matter how horrible the underlying reason.
Many people understand this, including me. Which is why I'm standing behind you, about to kill you in "self defense".
