One night I was walking home after work. It was probably 10 o'clock at night. Your probably wondering 'Why is she walking that late at night?' well my car broke down two blocks away. I called my dad to ask him if he could come fix it for me but he didn't answer. I would have called my mom to come get me but she left my dad, sister and I. I did have her number but last time I checked she changed it. My sister moved to Kentucky for school so I couldn't call her. I was walking on Main Street like I always did I never took short cuts because I read to many books and watched two many movies. After two more blocks of walking I remembered that my one of my best friends Maria lived in the house next to mine I thought 'How could I forget she is like my sister' so I called her.
