Chapter 5: Fated

Once I was done running laps the P.E. teacher just let us do whatever we want so i decided to go to the locker rooms and shower.

I had a free period after so I wanted to go for a run because my wolf has been restless for the past week.

"Well its your fault. You hardly ever shift and its hard being cramped up in your mind you know."

"No I don't know what are you talking about Nova"

"Well its not just me in here. Somethings always fighting me and I have to work extra hard to have control"

"Okay.... I think you have officially gone crazy. I won't go so long without shifting next time"

I blocked her out after that.

I had no idea what she was talking about. Sometimes my wolf was weird. Like me I guess.

I took a quick shower since I was going to go for a run and end up all sweaty anyways.

Once I was done I quickly rolled up a sports bra and some shorts so I can wear after.

I didn't bother putting on clothes so I quickly padded over to the back door that lead outside and shifted.

"Shit!" I cursed myself.

I forgot to take out my contacts and they fell out when I changed.

Oh well i'll just have to get new ones later...or maybe i just won't wear them anymore.

Why should I listen to my parents if they never explain things to me anyways.

But then again if it was that serious that they didn't want to tell me I didn't want to get in trouble.

"Would you stop thinking so much and just run?!" my wolf screamed.

"ya ya ya you're really annoying sometimes you know".

I started running and I felt like I was flying. I headed to my favorite spot. It was hidden and not that many people know about it.

It took me a while to get there because it was at the border of my packs land and a neighboring pack.

A small lake separated your packs. it was breath taking. There was a small water fall and a hidden cave behind it. It was only big enough for two people to stand in it.

I walked to the edge of the water and saw my reflection.

My wolf wasn't the stereotypical white wolf. I had golden blond hair and the tips of my fur were shinning in the sun.

I jumped into the water and swam towards the cave in my wolf form. Once I got there I shifted back to human form to lift myself up in the cave. I was standing and I could barely see out through the cascading water.

Then...... IT happened.

the thing I have been trying to avoid since I became alpha. Its not that I didn't want a mate, I did. I was just afraid to let anyone in.

I knew my mate was near because I smelled the most amazing scent of mint, chocolate, and a little bit of musk.

I knew he sensed me but he couldn't see me.

Once I saw him my wolf was going crazy. I could sense she wanted to take control but I kept her at bay.

I stayed as quiet as possible but I couldn't stop my breath from quickening when I got a better look at my mate.

To say he was tall would be a  bit of an understatement. I mean he taller than me. I think he was somewhere around 6'6 I wasn't to sure. He had inky black hair that brushed his eyebrows and his eyes they were beautiful. They were crystal blue but when i saw his eyes he saw me as well. I panicked.

I mean I was naked for gods sake.

I took a step back and my foot got caught in a rock and I fell. The palms of my hands and my elbows got scraped pretty bad, even drawing blood.

I heard splashing and I knew he was coming towards me but I couldn't move I was frozen in place. When he lifted himself out of the the water it took all my will power not to run towards him. but then I remembered I  was still naked.

I blushed so hard even my hears were hot.

I quickly covered my breast with my bleeding arms and looked up at him from the cave floor.

His blue eyes met my purple ones and i knew I had no chose but to love this man for the rest of my life because we were fated to be together by the moon goddess.

Then he growled in a deep husky voice "MINE"

If I wasn't already on the floor i would have fallen when I heard his breathtaking sexy voice.

Hey you guys sorry i haven't updated recently I've been procracinating in every way possible and basketball season just started and i have to wake up at 5 every morning.
