chapter 2: New Villian and New Feelings???

~Arabella's POV~

As we all flew to London father and I were able to sense Loki was near by.

"Father, we're nearly there. Do you think we'll be able to reason with him?" I ask, worried about my uncle's safety.

"Ara, your uncle is an evil, evil man he will not see reason, but we may be able to make him leave." Father says.

"Well if you can't make him leave peacefully then we will make him." Erik says.

"That is very brave of you mortal, but my uncle is a god. He will not cower at Meir humans such as yourself, even with your powers and magic suits." I say.

"Ara behave we are nearly there. Man of Iron they'll the others to let us talk to my brother before you attack him." Father says.

"Sure thing Thor. Avengers hang back while the gods ta-"

"Ahem!" I say, glaring at Tony.

" And goddesses...talk. Then if he doesn't leave attack." Tony says.

"Got it. Be careful Thor...Ara." Black Widow says.

"We will." I say and fly after my father to meet Loki.

"Brother! Leave these Innocent mortals alone!" Father yells.

"I'm not your brother, and no! I like to cause mischief among the mortals." Loki says.

"Uncle just leave." I yell at the god in front of me. He looks the same as his portrait at home in asgaurd. The same black hair, his green and black armor and his scepter.

"Oh yes, you must be Arabella. Thor and that worthless mortal's daughter and the goddess of death and spirits. you would be a great addition to my army." Loki says, smiling wickedly.

"I will never join you Loki! Father please may I call upon the spirits to teach him a lesson?" I ask.

"Very well...Avengers attack!" Father yells.

"Ah, Ah, Ah. Not so fast I'll leave but this is not the last you have seen of me." Loki says and disappears.

"Well that was...fun. let's head back fury will want to know what happened." Tony says. So we start the long trip back to stark tower.

~*At the Tower*~

"I wonder what Loki wanted." David says.

"Not sure." Dr. banner replies.

"When we find out we'll tell you but until then we are going to have you start training." Agent hill says.

"Training will begin at 10 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If your late you will train for an extra hour." Fury says.

"What if we have a meeting or something." Tony asks.

"Then you will train later that day. Any more questions? No? Your dismissed." Fury says. We leave the conference room and head down to the training room.

"How about the kids show us what they can do?" Dr. banner says.

"Sure who wants to go first?" I ask.

"I'll go." Erik says. He steps up to the middle of the room and suits up. After shooting a bunch of different targets he joins our line and Rose steps up. She pulls out a shield, with angel wings on it, and deflects the bullets coming from the guns in the wall before destroying them and joining us.

Next was David. He shoots a few arrows at targets before switching to his guns and shooting some more. The its Nicole. She steps up and Dr. banner pulls us back. Nicole turn into a female version of the Hulk and destroys a few dummies before calming down and turning back into her normal self.

"Ara its your turn." Tony says.

"Be careful Ara." Father says.

"I'll be fine father stop worrying so much." I say and fly to the middle of the room. I unsheathe vígspár and point it at the ground summoning the spirits to take over the dummies and skeletons to fight them. I join I'm destroying a few dummies before releasing the spirits and land next to my father.

"Well done! I have decided to appoint leaders for the new and original avengers they are...Arabella and Steve." Fury says and leaves the room.

"When did he get here?" I ask.

"While you were up. and congrats Ara." Erik says.

"Thanks." I say, blushing. wait why am I blushing? I don't blush...I don't like him do I? Just then Jarvis interrupts my thoughts.

"Sir a woman has be spotted destroying a city in California." Jarvis says.

"We're on it Jarvis. Avengers Assemble!" Steve says. We all follow him up to the helicopter and get in.

~*Almost there*~

"Jarvis do a scan and tell us who it is." Tony says.

"Scans say that it is Mania the ancient Roman goddess." Jarvis says.

"No!" I shout.

"What's wrong with Ara?!" Erik yells, sounding panicked.

"Mania is one of Ara's rivals. She has the ability to control spirits and torture people with her mind tricks." Father says.

"Look!" Rose says. I look and see Mania. She has black hair that falls in waves down her back, her blue eyes glazed over due to her being blind, and she's in her black and red skirt, silver tank top with rips down the front and silver lace up sandals. On her back is he scythe and in her hand is her Halberd.

"Mania..." I say, my voice trembling a bit. Almost as if she could hear me she looks this way then disappears. We land and help rescue the people that were trapped in the rubble before heading back home.

~*Back at the Tower*~

Once we got home we went to our floors. Rose was in the gym, Nicole was I'm the study, David was watching t.v. and Eric and I were cooking dinner. Once food was done we ate and got to know each other better. David and Rose cleaned the mess from dinner up and then we all went to our rooms for the night.
