Sitting in the car with Eli wasn't so bad this time around. Rosie kept the conversation flowing, asking him everything and anything. She wanted to know everything that happened while they had been apart. She wanted to know what happened that night and what happened after.

"Be honest with me I want tknknow everything." She looked at him with total innocents.

"Everything? What if I tell you everything and you don't like what in haven to say?" Eli gave her a quick side glance before focusing on the road ahead.

"Everything Eli."

Eli sighed before taking her hand in his. The tingling sensation was still ever present for the both of them, and it always seemed to remind him that she was there and it wasn't just a dream.

"We were 5 when they took you. I called your name and tried to case after you but a women held you and ran off with you. I wasn't.....I...I wasn't fast enough to keep up." His eyes seem to have taken the sadness, as if he were reliving the moment. Rosie stroked the arm that held her hand trying to bring him back to the present reassuring him that she was now there and jot leaving him anytime soon.

"Your home was burnt down your mother..." He paused for a moment and looked at her she nodded her head for him to continue. "We found her...among the burnt debris. Your father had died trying to fend off the boarder but there were too many. It was a surprise attack no one was ready..I'm so sorry." He looked at her as he drove then back to the road again,Rosie was quiet the whole time listening. "We spent 2 weeks trying to find you, and help get your pack stable again. My father called off the search for you a couple months later with my protests. I knew you were still out there and I had to keep searching if no none else would I would." His hold on the staring wheel was strained as Rosie saw his knuckles whiten. "I was about 7 when I finally learned how to get past the guards and go looking for you." He suddenly had a cocky smile on his face. "I spent 4 years trying to find you on my own trying to track you. I got myself in some heavy trouble to." Rosie remained quiet listening. "Everyday after Alpha training and combat classes I would look for you. Then when i was 12 I proposed to my father to look for you again and that I would lead a group, but my old man turned it down saying there was no point you were lost. It had been 7 years since you abduction and not a word was spoken about you. So when i turned 16 I challenge my father for the Alpha right." Rosie sat shocked at what Eli was saying.

Sure her brother...or well...step brother had said once that Eli had been the youngest Alpha know to record but she didn't think he was telling the truth. "You should have." She whispered

"I needed to or else I wouldn't have been able to find you, or at least try and find you." He lifted his hand to caress her cheek. "I won, I was Alpha at 16, I sent search parties out looking for you...then that's when I decided to buy the property of Lake Rain, and hold annual meets or gatherings for unmated wolfs in chances that one day I'd see you." He looked to her and smiled. "And 2 years after that here you are..."

He spent he whole life practical looking for her, and here she was held up in a house, kept prisoner till yesterday she was barley able to leave. Yet he looked for her forever yet she didn't even know who he was just before a few hours back. Guilt started to eat at her, maybe he had someone to comfort him at night...the thought of anyone touching him other then her was like sour milk in her mouth. She must have let her emotions contort her face because Eli looked at her curiously. "What?" He asked.

"Um...you...didn't...you know...um..." She was trying to figure out the right words to say. "You know...anyone...else..." Her voice trailed the last word.

He frowned a bit before giving her a straight face then focusing on the road. "No...I was to focused to be fraternizing around." She really felt guilty then. But he spoke again "although if I remember correctly you were with someone last night yourself." One eyebrow raised as he spared a side glace at her.

She frowned, "and I remember getting scolded for being there with a friend."

"So that's who he was, just a friend?" Eli's tone was stiff.

Rosie rolled her eyes "he was a friend and nothing more."

"Good."

For a few brief moments it was quiet. Before Rosie spoke again. "Can I ask you a personal question... Well...um..2"

He chuckled and squeezed her hand he had now laced there fingers together. "Ask."

"First...why didn't you ever give up?" The car slowed a bit as Eli sat quietly contemplating his answer.

"I never stopped looking because in my heart u knew you were out there some where."

Rosie soften a bit at his response, then spoke "second...if you thought I was...well...me...why did you tell me no the first time?"

He knew exactly what she ment. Why had he pushed her away verbally just when they were about to kiss. "I had to make sure you were my Rosie...and I made a vow with myself...I would save myself for only you."

If she were ice cream Rosie would have already Melted into a puddle on the front seat of his car.

"Oh" was all she could come up with or say.

He smiled and turned to her a moment. "Yes Rosie I'm a virgin."

Suddenly she couldn't breath embarrassed she turned her head feeling her checks heat up. She was one to, her adoptive family had kept her away from any male pack members other then her brother.

Eli chuckled in his seat. "Enough of that we are here."

Looking out the window it was like time had stopped. Every memory was now flashing before her as she looked out the window. She wouldn't believe her eyes, she pinched herself just to make sure. Eli had placed his hand lightly on her back watching her reaction. "If its too much for you we can leave." He said softly to her.

She shook her head and triednto swallow the lump that was now forming in her throat. "H-how?"

"My father took your pack in like our own, but still gave them the freedom to live here, when I took over I came back and helped then rebuild."

Rosie opened the door slowly almost afraid if she moved to fast it would disappear. There stood her house, the house she had grown up in as a child but had forgotten. The house that had burnt down into nothing was how standing beautifully in perfect condition.

"Home." She whispered.
