Hey hi. Yes, Its me. Yeah I'm alive. I didn't die gaahaha. I had promised that I'll update daily but I couldn't. I have my studies and its kinda difficult to manage two FFs at a time. Nandini left that place, manik too left from there making an excuse that he needs to check on Natasha. The guy who's less bothered about his girlfriend when he's in the same city, now here miles apart he wants to check on her. Cabir had smelled their awkwardness already. He needs to get them to normal asap.

Cabir: Now nandini is not going to show up the whole day. Mujhey he dhoondhna hoga. Manik ka relation to I already know and what he must be going through after meeting nandini all of sudden I know that too. I think I should talk to manik. What happened 3 years back, They shouldn't carry the baggage. Its not needed.

Cabir too left from there and walked towards their room. He knew manik would be there only. So there was not point calling him and looking for him somewhere else. He stepped into his room found making smoking. Yelled his name from behind.

Cabir: Manik! Again. You better not smoke in front of nandini, You know how much she hates this habit of yours and usne teri yeh adat churva bhe di thi but after she left you started to smoke again but you had boycotted an year back. Now why the hell you're smoking after an year.

Manik: Cabir, I used to smoke. I never boycotted it okay.

Cabir: Yeah right, You can lie to yourself but not me. You left smoking on her last birthday.

Manik: Okay just shut up. Come straight to the point.

Cabir: Yes toh Mr. Manik Malhotra the point is, act normal. You're a human being not an alien who just landed on earth who don't know anything about humans!

Manik: Yeah okay fine. I'm going out for sometime. I'll talk t you later. Teri yeh moralistic batain ham baad me discuss Karen?

Cabir: Yeah okay, bhaag le jitna bhaagna hai. Ham 15 din tak yahi hain.

Manik left from there. Here nandini was busy in preparations as it was a party tomorrow she had to get stuff checked twice. She came to check the flower arrangement on the entrance, she felt something is missing asked the people to bring more flowers she herself stood on the ladder and she added some more flowers in that now it look perfect just then her phone started to ring she pulled it out from her pocket and got indulged in that by the time manik reached that place. Even he was busy in his phone, he came to the door didn't realize nandini was standing there on the ladder. How will he? He was busy so lost in his phone, he unintentionally kicked the ladder and BOOM! Nandini tripped off somehow he managed to stand on his legs after that accident.

Nandini: Ahh! Ouucchh! Can't you see? Andhay ho kyaa? Itni bari ladder aik larki uspe khari hai dikhta nae hai?

Nandini was busy in removing dirt from her body didn't look up she was sitting on the floor only, Manik looked down.

Manik: Nandin Murthy, who asked to climb the ladder? Yeh kaam karne k lye you have workers khud aik ban'ne ki zaroorat nae hai.

Nandini: Manik Malhotra, You're still the same. Apna fault kabhe nae man'ne ki adat abhe tak gayi. Us din bh..

She stopped in between and again awkward silence between the duo. No one utter a single word, seemed like clock stopped ticking. Nandini looked down so did manik. They tried not to meet their eyes and they succeed manik left from there saying sorry. Nandini too left the place saying all work is done and she's checked everything all's set for the party. She left for her room but before getting into her room she thought of telling abhi's mother she took steps backward and located his mother told her that she's checked all the arrangements if she wants even she can cross check. His mom thanked her and asked her to rest now she nodded in agreement and left for her room. She walked directly to her room she didn't want to face anyone that moment neither cabir nor manik. It was enough for a day. She entered her room and locked it.

Nandini: Why? Oh God why? I was doing good in my life. Yeh manik aur cabir dubara meray samne kyu aye? Like yeah I felt really good after meeting them but what happened three years back. My parent's death don't haunt me much jitna mujhey wo incident haunt karta hai. If it wouldn't have happened that day to aj mein.. Well whatever, I guess I'm thinking way much. I shouldn't. So jaati hoon. I'll feel better.

Nandini was depressed! Maybe for no reason or maybe there was a reason. If yes what was it? Something related to Manik or Cabir or their friendship. She dozed off struggling with her thought process. Here Manik couldn't go any far. He was in abhi's haveli's garden only. Lost in his thought. Maybe he was equally disturbed too.

Manik: We're fools! Real fools. We should've talked that time only and sab tabhe sort out karlena chahye tha. Dragged it for no reason and now look where we are. Grr. pata nae kya chal raha hai is larki k dimaag me. Kuch batati bhe to nae hai. Well I should give her a little time. Aj toh first day he hai. I'm sure things would fall back in place and I would get my friend at least. My long lost friend.

What is it? Bugging the hell out of both manik and nandini. They need time. No, more than time, they need to spend quality time together if they really want their friendship to work again.

Phew! Done. I know its horrible but it was needed, unke dimaag me kya chal raha hai I had to write. Maybe you find it a bit boring apologies for that.
