The child of Belle and Adam

Chapter 1

Months after Belle and Adam got married and Adam reclaiming his throne to France making Belle and Adam the King and Queen of France. They had everything they wanted and more they had each other, great friends (who are like family to them), and they are the crowned king and queen of France, but what they truly longed for was a child, yes they had Chip (Mrs.Pots 10 year old son) and thought of him as a son but they wanted a son or daughter of their own.
One day their wish finally came true Belle was pregnant, she couldn't wait to tell Adam Belle wanted to him that every moment but Adam was sadly in a meeting with one of the noblemen, so she decided to wait for him in their room in the west wing of the castle. While walking to her and Adam's bedroom she ran into Mrs.Pots and had a quick chat with her but little did Belle know, good old Mrs.Pots knew that Belle was pregnant before she even knew, Mrs.Pots found out when Belle was having morning sickness, when she got sick over the smell of eggs, and when she turned away her favorite foods. When Belle stepped inside the door to her and her handsome husband's room she saw that Adam was already done with his meeting with the nobleman.

"Hello sweetie, how are you feeling?", Adam greeted his beautiful Belle.

"Better. Adam I have something to tell you, how about we sit?", Belle said gesturing to the love seat and soft red and dark red designed chair that was in the middle of the room in front of the fire place that was burning the wood inside its stomach and warmed the big room with a huge hug of heat that felt amazing, Adam took the dark red and red designed chair while Belle took the love seat and she couldn't stop smiling for the life of her.

"What?", Adam asked chuckling.

"What do you think of us having a child in the near future?", Belle asked him.

"I think we're ready to take that next step. You now that I want kids and I know you want kids, you also know that I'll stand by your side till the end.", Adam said knowing that is exactly what Belle wanted to hear but he also is going to do what he just promised his wife.

"Well I'm glad you said that. Because I'm pregnant we're going to be parents!", Belle said sending Adam jumping up and running over to Belle picking her up and spinning her around kissing her passionately on the lips like he did at their wedding.

"This is wonderful. We must tell everyone and the whole Kingdom, we have to make an announcement-"

"No, Adam how about we wait to tell everyone in the kingdom in case the baby doesn't make it through the first trimester. How about we tell them when I'm 5 months but we tell everyone around the castle, okay?", Belle asked, knowing that what she was asking for was something that would be hard for both of them to keep just around the castle but she also thought about if they told the whole kingdom now and the baby doesn't make it then her and Adam would have to tell everyone the heartbreaking news and she thought of the very last horrible thing she wanted to think of which was the thought of her losing Adam forever to his demons that still haunt even though he doesn't tell Belle this stuff but she can tell when he stressed or if they are in a heated discussion but its mostly when hes stressed and is too hard on himself that she see the Beast returning.

"I completely understand, when would you like to tell the everyone in the castle?", Adam asked happily.

"How about tomorrow night at dinner and everyone has dinner with us. If that is okay with you?", Belle asked knowing that some nights Adam is packed with meetings and misses dinner.

"That is prefect, just like you my beautiful wife.", Adam said bringing Belle back into his chest and gave her another passionate kiss on the lips.

"We're going to have a baby.", Adam said again thinking about how wonderful Belle is going to be as a mother and telling him what hes doing wrong like she always does that is what he loves about Belle the way she corrects people and isn't afraid to stand up for herself and others.
