The child of Belle and Adam

                                                                         A week later-

It was the of the baby shower and Mrs. Pots was getting worse, Adam had brought in another doctor from the village and the doctor said that Mrs. Pots will be able to make it through the month if she stays in bed and is limited of her walking. Chip would come and visit his mother through the week and tell her about his day, which made her feel better, and night Chip will sleep with Belle and Adam.

After Belle, Adam, and Chip got ready for the baby shower they took their God son to his mother's room to say hello and to see how she is doing.

This morning she was sitting up, unlike other days and looked like she was doing so much better than she had looked a week ago, when they walked in.

"Mama!", Chip said excitedly and ran onto the bed.

"Hello my love.", Mrs. Pots said happily and hugged her little blond boy.

"Hello loves.", Mrs. Pots greeted Belle and Adam.

"Hello Mrs. Pots, you look so much better than a week ago.", Belle greeted her mother figure.

"Hello Mrs. Pots, how are you feeling?", Adam asked his favorite mother.

"I feel a lot better and stronger too, can I get back to work now?", Mrs. Pots asked eager to get back to her daily duties.

"Mrs. Pots you heard the doctor, even on your death bed you still want to take care of us.", Adam teased.

"And I'll continue to do it beyond the grave.", Mrs. Pots teased back chuckling.

"Oh, I almost forgot. Chip, dear, will you go the present for me.", Mrs. Pots said to her son.

Chip ran to the closet knowing exactly where the present for the baby was.

"Oh, Mrs. Pots you really didn't have to do that.", Belle told Mrs. Pots.

"Nonsense, dear.", Mrs. Pots said to them as Chip came in with a nicely wrapped box with yellow wrapping and a blue bow wrapped around the box, Chip handed the wrapped box to his mother and his frail mother handed it to the very pregnant Belle.

Belle and Adam started opening the present to reveled a brown storybook titled 'Beauty and the beast'.

"I wanted the child and soon to come children to know the story of how you both learned to love each other for who are in the inside and not the outside.", Mrs. Pots explained and Belle started tearing up at the most thoughtful gift anyone will ever give them today. Belle went to Mrs. Pots' side of the bed, bent down and hugged Mrs. Pots.

"Thank you so much Mrs. Pots, but I believe that our future children will able to hear the story be told from the author herself.", Adam said holding Mrs. Pots' hand and smiled at her through his misty eyes.

"Your majesty it's time for the baby shower.", A guard said poking his head through the open crack of the door breaking the sweet touching moment.

Adam turned towards the guard and told him that they will be out in a minute, and motioned to Belle and Chip to say their goodbyes to Mrs. Pots.

While they were walking down to the court yard Belle thought that this would be a good time to plan for baby names.

"Adam since I'm going into my last trimester we should come up with baby names.", Belle suggested to Adam.

"Alright, what were you thinking?", Adam agreed.

"Well I was thinking if it was a girl we name her after Mrs. Pots.", Belle said.

"What is her first name anyways?", Belle asked.

"My mama's name is Claudine.", Chip said without speaking a beat in his perky voice of his.

"That sounds beautiful, I love it.", Adam agreed to the name.

"And for a boy...", Adam had to think.

"How about we name him after my father, Francis?", Adam suggested.

"I love the name.", Belle said in awe.

"How about middle names?", Belle suggested.

"Oh I know, for Claudine how about Evelyn?", Adam suggested, but didn't like the sound of it.

"No it doesn't seem right with her name.", Belle said.

"I agree, I must've need to hear it out loud.", Adam commented.

"How about Odette?", Adam suggested again.

"I love it, it sounds prefect.", Belle said.

"How about for Francis, his middle name be Fredrick?", Belle suggested and the beast agreed with her.

When they made it to the court yard they saw everyone outside in the spring weather waiting to see the small family to appear from the castle.

Adam stood up on one of the tables and cleared his throat to get everyone's attention, as always it worked, everyone at once turned their head to hear what their king has to say.

"The Queen and I would firstly like to thank all of you for showing up at such short notice, to show your love to your future prince or princess.", Adam said in gratitude.

"We have a couple of announcements to make, and I hope you all will be pleased to hear our news.", Adam continued.

"The first is that the Queen and I are probably about to adopt our God son, Chip, his mother is so sadly dying and has been like a mother to me since my parents died, she has also been part of this staff, who has become like a family to me, since I could remember.", Adam explained and everyone clapped and cheered, while everyone was still having a mini celebration, the king held out his hand to Belle to get up on the table who had Chip in her arms. Once everyone saw the little blonde haired boy in Belle's arms everyone was in awe.

"The last part of news is that Queen Belle and I have chosen baby names. Belle would you like to tell them?", Adam asked and Belle nodded and this time she was more comfortable talking in front of the whole kingdom.

"If our first child is to be a girl we have decided on naming her after Chip's mother, the child's will be Claudine and her middle name will be Odette. And if our child is to be a boy we decided to name him after King Adam's father the late King Francis and his middle name will be Fredrick.", Belle told the people with no fear this time. Adam graded Chip from Belle and put him into his arms and did his conclusion "Thank you all again for coming so late notice, please enjoy the celebration and we hope to see you all again when we revel our prince or princess." Adam jumped down from the table with Chip still in his arms and then put Chip down and picked Belle up to safely put her on the ground, and it was at that moment Belle's water broke.
