Moving On

Cat's P.O.V.

2 Years Later

To say everything is going great is nothing. Everything has been going GREAT!!!

As I said before, I wanted to go to school to become a Veterinarian, but in the end I decided to become a Vet Tech instead. Probably down the road I would further my career and go back to school for my dream goal.

Everything at home hasn't been easy. Being a single mom, raising  twins that are nothing but little hellions, because they are getting spoiled left and right by everyone. Now Olivia, though, was a lot more timid than Colton, who seemed to be your typical over protective brother. Even a blind person would be able to see how much those two love each other, even if they were so young.

But Olivia isn't shy when she's around Elijah, Em's son. Yes you heard me right, Em had a baby shortly after I did. She told me shortly after Blake rejected her, he came to her house drunk off his ass telling her how he regretted rejecting her, and to take him back. I guess she believed every word that came out of his mouth, not knowing it was his wolf in control, and gave herself that night to him. Which the next day she awoke to reality hitting her in the head, when he was sitting at the edge of the bed with regret in his eyes.

From that day on, she knew no matter what he said, she wouldn't ever go back to him. It didn't last long before he went back to Cindy the slut. The night of the talent show, she found out she was pregnant, that's when he tried to take advantage of her after her performance. Because like his brother Nate, he could smell her scent had changed, and when he put two and two together, he knew he knocked her up.

But what he didn't expect was the shy girl he knew before was totally gone. And in her place, was replaced by a scorn full she wolf who was out for his blood. She gave him a really bad beat down, being careful not to push much effort. But in the end she was grate full that he didn't put his hands on her. Then when our performance was done, he tried kissing her in her moment of weakness, that's when she told me she pushed off her and slapped him hard enough he fell on his ass. Ha, no wonder, I remember that.

So when it came to her letting us know she was also pregnant, she couldn't stop crying, because the both of us where in the same situation. I was there to comfort her in her pain. In the end, we where there for the both of us when our children came into this world. But unlike me, she only had one baby, which she was grate full, since she saw how it was hard for me.

Now our children are being together and learning new things everyday. My dad has been teaching everything that he knows. He has been helping also with their Alpha emotions, since when they get frustrated or mad, it takes me hours to calm them down, but with my dad's help, I can handle them.

Another thing that's happened also, me and Em have decided to seperate each other. You have to understand it's not easy. Two Alpha Females in the same pack isn't worth the headaches. There were days where me and Em would clash against each other because we couldn't agree with certain things happening in the pack. So when we had a meeting, we decided it was for the best.

She still comes over to the pack house every weekend, since Olivia can't be away from Elijah for too long. They have a connection like they are brother and sister which they aren't since they are cousins, since Blake and Nate are brothers. Since once they're together it's hard to separate them, and obviously Colton doesn't like it, since he wants to spend time with his friend, but his little sister always has to be there. But he doesn't say anything, but still plays with them.

Now I'm just sitting here in my office, looking at some of the paperwork that comes with the responsibility of being a single mother. The bills come and go, but the good thing with my job, it's not a hassle.
