Kayla's p.o.v
"STAND UP". She said pointing the gun at me with tears coming down her face.
"Mom, please no put the gun down" I said with my hands up and started standing slowly.
"Baby I'm sorry for this, I needed your dad's help and he left me for another girl". She said still pointing the gun at me with tears starting to come to her eyes.
"I know mama ju- ju- just put the-" I said but got interrupted by my her yelling over my words.
"NO!!!! LET ME FINISH". She said yelling at me.
"I did not want our life to be like this I swear, but after your dad-". She stop talking and start crying even more as she held the gun lower pointing it to the floor.
I started to bag back slowly to the window. "mom I can help u, I just need u to help me and put the gun down, okay?" I said.
When I got to the window I started to put my right leg out the window feeling the cold air on my skin, I started to take my other leg out and the only thing was holding me is my weak arms.
My mom looked up to see half of my body hanging out the window trying to escape.
"No kayla" she said as she pointed the gun at me and I heard it go off, The noise scared me and I fell out my window on my back
I Couldn't move and I barley could breath. I saw my mom look out the window and I heard her run out of my room.
I started to feel my body again so I tried to stand up and I felt a sharp pain in my rib on the right side. I stood up and started walking and holding my rib.
××Ten minutes later××
I started to feel water drop on my face and arms. I looked down at the ground to see rain drops hitting the ground.
"Great". I sarcastically spoke as. I felt the rain come down harder
I didn't know where I was going I was just walking to find somewhere dry. As I was walking I saw a tree house, it had my name on it in pink and someone else's name on it written in blue I stopped to see what it said :

Why did it say that? Why did it have my name on there? And who is cameron? I didn't understand.
