Step One: Be Kawaii

If you are not Kawaii then how can you be a Kawaii potato? Exactly, you can't. So, you first need to learn to be Kawaii. Whenever someone talks to you, you need to be happy. Because if you are not then you are not Kawaii. Also, if you don't know what Kawaii means, it means cute. So you pretty much need to be cute. Wear pink clothes and be smiley and adorable. That's pretty much it.
