It was a late October morning, and everything felt right to 14 year old, Ava. Her mom was home, her older brother was helping their father set the table for breakfast. And she was almost ready to go shopping with her best friend for a costume. Every thing felt perfect.

"Good morning mum" Ava said as she walked down the stairs. Ava's parents were always gone do to work so when they were home every one was happy.

"Good morning sweetheart, did you sleep well?"

"Yeah, although I did have this weird dream. There was this boy, he said he would always be there for me.. And then he left.."

"That sounds like the dream your mother had the other night."

  Ava smiled and chuckled.

  "Morning papa."

  "Good morning dear"

The family sat down to eat before Ava would head off to the mall.

  Honk honk.

"That must be your friends. Have a good time. Also, me and your father want to speak with you once you come back home. So don't be out to late."

  "Okay"

As Ava headed to the door her brother reached for her arm.

"Hey Ava. Don't tell mum." He whispered as he tucked a 50 dollar bill into her palm.

  She smiled wide.

"Thanks Chris. I'll see you later."

   -Ava's point of view-

I walked out side to my friends car.

  "Hey guys." I smiled.

"Hey." Lily and faith said in sync.

We sat in silence most of the ride, until Lily's mum spoke up.

"So Ava I heard your birthday is only a week away. How old will you be? 15?"

"Yes it is, and yeah I'll be 15."

Lily's mother nodded and continued driving.

   -Time skip to home-

"See you guys later!" I yelled as the pulled out.

  "Bye!!" They replied.

I opened the door. And went up stairs.

A while later my mum came in.

"Hey I'm glad you're back. Can you come down stairs so we can chat?"

  "Sure" I replied.

I took a seat on a chair and waited for someone to break the silence. Finally my mother spoke up.

"Your father and I have been planning this for a while.. We both agree you are old enough and should be capable of adjusting easily. This town is unfit for us."

I looked at them with confusion spread through out my face.

  "So what are you saying?"

"What we are saying is that we are moving. We hope you can understand our choices." My father replied.

"What. But what about my friends, and school?Where are we moving?!" I panicked.

"Well you can still talk to them. And this a chance for you to make new friends. You know your cousin Henry?" Mother said.

  "Yeah"

"Well he goes to a nice school, and you can see him often too."

Isn't he like 11. I thought to my self.

"We're moving to Storybrooke dear." Papa said.

My eyes widened. Storybrooke? Isn't that a bit odd?.. It sounds like story book.. Oh well.

  "When?" I sighed.

  "Begin packing. We're moving tomorrow."

  "What? How is that possible?"

"We had this planed out for almost 5 months dear."

  "Oh.. Okay."

I looked at the clock. 7:30pm.

"I guess I'm going to start packing then head to bed." I said quietly.

"Do you want me to cook you dinner?" Mum questioned softly.

"No thank you. I'm not that hungry at the moment.."

  She nodded her head.

I walked past Chris's room and he gave me a warm smile.

         -Next day-

"Are you ready?" Lily whispered giving me a smile.

I looked at her and then to faith.

  "Not really."

  "Ready Ava?" Chris's asked.

I nodded and gave the girls one last hug before turning to leave.

"Don't forget about us." Faith said quietly.

"Text us and keep us updated!" Lily exclaimed.

I chuckled and nodded then got into the moving truck.

Off to StoryBroke we go.
