Insecure

It's been a long day at the studio for Taylor. She was finishing her new album and she's been spending too much hours locked in it with some producers. She wanted it to be perfect, it was her sixth album and she had to admit that it was completely different from she had done before. With 1989 she though she touch the sky but now she felt even more confident with this album and all of that had a reason, a beautiful reason: Karlie Kloss. After two years touring the fifth album she decided to settle for a little bit in New York where she reconnected with her best friend, she had missed her too much those months. They spent almost every day together and without thinking about it, they fell for each other. It took a while to confess their feeling but once they did it, they felt the luckiest person in the world.

Karlie and Taylor had been together for eight months and even if they were so happy with each other, it was also difficult and painful. Karlie was stressed out because all the attention she was getting since Taylor spilled without thinking in an interview that they were dating. She never wanted to hide her relationship but admitting it like that wasn't what she had in mind. When ever she went to Taylor's apartment they were there waiting for a photo of them together but that wasn't all. She noticed that paparazzis now followed her to class, in the airport or even with her family in Louisiana. Taylor was also struggling with that problem and Karlie knew it, they talked a lot about that issue. The singer felt guilty when Karlie was stressed thinking it was all her fault. The model tried to calm her but Taylor was too harsh on herself and most of the times Karlie couldn't stop Taylor's mind.

Even with all of that they were happy, Taylor never felt so in live like she was with Karlie and the model felt she could do anything just because she had Taylor on her side.They were used to spend most of the time together, after the tour Taylor only left town without the model a couple of times when she went to Nashville to see her parents and to go to LA with Selena when her friend needed her. Karlie schedule was different. The model tried to spend all of her time in New York since they started dating but some things were inevitable and Paris and London Fashion Week meant ten days for each one far away from her girlfriend. It was in the first Fashion Week in Rome when Karlie realized how insecure Taylor was. The singer haunted by the ghost of her past relationship felt that at one point, Karlie could break her heart. When she was in New York her mind was full of Karlie but having her so far away made her felt like the model wasn't her anymore. Karlie had crazy schedules and times zones didn't help either. They barely spook on the phone and when they did it, it was just a couple of minutes between events or parties. Taylor knew Karlie was with her friends having the time of her life and she was in New York feeling miserable because she missed her. The singer had no idea how bad Karlie missed her too.

It was after one party in Paris when some photos of Karlie and Cara kissing hit the press when they started fighting. Taylor woke up with a couple of texts from Tree warning her about the news. She looked for the photos and when she found them, she started crying. What the hell happened? She talked with Karlie by text before she went to the party and the model told her how much she missed her, and now she was kissing not just a stranger, she was kissing Cara, her mutual friend. Karlie didn't her the news about the photos after she woke up really hangover hours later than Taylor. She knew what her girlfriend would think so she ran to call her but Taylor never picked up the phone.

It took two days and hundred of texts and voice mails for Taylor to pick up the phone. After some minutes of tension and yelling Karlie got to explain Taylor what had happened. They were at some party drunk and Cara wanted to make jealous some girl who was ignoring her. Taylor was still dubious but after all she forgave Karlie even after all the pain. The model came back one day earlier to New York, she wanted to see Taylor as soon as possible and make peace with her.
