(A photo of Margo is attached above)
Margo sat next to Xavier on his bed, various crumbles of weed scattered the sheets, and various songs were being shuffled through on his iPod. She had been feeling particularly annoyed that cloudy New York day, mostly because he had rejected her not five minutes before.
"Why can't we fúck?" She had whined, not one person had ever said no to the Margo Fox, not one. She was interested in his answer, maybe Xavier had herpes --or something. He just shrugged, caring about her just about as much as she cared about herself.Maybe they were just too stoned all the time, or maybe it was the right mixture of vodka shots and dieting pills in Margo's stomach but she felt herself not caring about anything --ever.
She stepped out onto the balcony, it too was littered with the occasional joint or wrinkled cigarette, and she felt herself craving something to distract her from her own thoughts. She picked up a wrinkly cigarette with her pale, bony fingers, and tried to light it. Unfortunately it rained the night before, and the sky thundered over her now.
"Damnit," she seethed, chucking it over the balconies railing. It fell to the concrete below, facing sudden death.Margo studied the taxi littered streets below her, being up so high made her feel energized and powerful, but also disgustingly small. She felt herself jumping from these two feelings all the time. So swiftly, she hardly ever noticed. Margot wondered what it would be like if she threw herself off the balcony too.
The rain picked up again, and Margo felt the corners of her mouth turn up. This time of year, it rained all the time in the city and she loved it. She never cried, but the sky sure did.
"God dammit Fox, you're going to get sick right before your interview. Get inside!" Kelsey Martins, her manager, called to her. Margos heart sunk, she knew she had seen the various drugs lying around.
"Fuck. Just don't tell my parents, please." She yelled, rushing inside, somehow scraping the fair skin of her knee in the process. She wasn't naked, but she definitely wasn't clothed. Her lacy undergarments stuck to her bony body with the help of the rain water, and she immediately attempted to cover herself when she noticed Kelsey had brought a friend with her."This is Louis, I'd like you guys to be seen together for publicity." Kelsey spoke fast, picking up some joint-papers along the way out the door. "Get dressed, Fox. You've got a long day."
Xavier finally spoke; "Baby, stay with me for a while." Margo rolled her green eyes, studying the man in the white sheets. He quickly rose from the bed, a pair boxers sat low on his hips. Xavier stood behind Margo, mumbling incoherent dirty phrases in her ear. She slipped her clothes on, and his lips followed her neck.
Margo rolled her eyes at the prominent bulge in his pants, now he wanted to fúck her? She was not a toy, not for a guy like Xavier.
"She'll call you." Kelsey said, and they slammed the hotel door.
Louis had an unsettled look on his face as Kelsey sprayed Margo with an expensive perfume in attempt to cover up the prominent cigarette smell. Margo held a smug smile on her lips as she walked into the elevator.
"Did you at least use a condom?" Kelsey finally spoke up. She uttered a 'no' and plastered a temporary smile on her lips, lies weren't a rarity for Margo Fox.
