It's been two days since Ethan has had Jonah and to be honest he's doing a lot better. The both of them actually Jonah loves Susan, and Ethan feels more at ease knowing that Jonah won't be alone while he's working. Honestly at first Jonah and Ethan seemed to have nothing in common, personality wise anyways, but then i started to watch them both carefully, they both have the same charm, and are both so caring, it's just harder to notice it in Ethan because of his serious attitude around people he doesn't quite know. But the one thing that gets me most is how when they laugh their eyes and smile just make my heart warm. When Ethan smiles at Jonah its shows a side of him i haven't seen. I can see why his ex-wife married him, but why did they get a divorce?

Right now it's seven o'clock on a Thursday night and Ethan's taking a shower, Jonah's asleep in his room upstairs, and i'm in the living room. Tomorrows my birthday, and originally i was thinking about spending it alone but I think having Ethan and Jonah around wouldn't be such a bad idea. So i'm thinking of a few things we can all do together.

"Mommy" i heard a little voice say, while tugging on my hand. I looked down at Jonah who rubbed his eyes tiredly. I smiled and him and picked him up.

"Yes sweetie?" i wasn't about to break his little heart and tell him he can't call me that, and it honestly doesn't bother me.

"I tired. I want na-night" he said laying his head on my shoulder.

"Oh, who woke you up?" i asked.

"I had scary dream" he said tiredly."Can you lay down with me?" he asked.

"Of course." We walked back upstairs into his room but i realized i'm not going to fit on his tiny little bed.

"Why don't we go to my room and sleep there?" i suggested. He nodded and held my hand as i lead him to my room.

We got on the bed and laid down. I held out my arms for him and pulled him close. We laid there for a while and he finally fell asleep. I was going to move him to his bed but i didn't want to wake him up. I slipped away and walked into the hallway. Ethan was in Jonah's room, looking for him im sure. I walked over to the room and stood in the doorway.

"Jonah's asleep in my room" i said. He seemed so relieved when i told him.

"Ok, thank you, but, um, why?" he asked

"He came down when you were in the shower and he had a nightmare so i went to go put him to bed, and he wanted me to lay down with him until he fell asleep, and well his bed's too small for me so we went to my bed." i explained.

"Thank you, again." he sighed. I nodded, but that's when i realized he was still in just a towel. Like no shirt just a towel wrapped around his waist

"Wow, you're fit" i said staring at him.

"Oh, um right. Thank you" he said a bit sheepishly. "I mean i would hope so, i work out everyday."

"So that's where you go everyday before you shower" i said "Ethan, are you okay? you seem upset."

"No i'm just stressed" he sighed.

"About what? Everythings going fine, Jonah's happy, you should be too" I said.

"Well, the fact that Jonah might grow up thinking that his mother didn't love him enough to stay or she just didn't love him at all" he said leaning against the wall.

"Well did she say that in the letter?" i asked standing in front of him.

"No but-"

"But nothing. If she didn't say that then you don't know if that's true or not" i interrupted him.
