Prolouge 1

Isabella Elozmarcus POV
(The Mom of the Heiress)
"Harry! Where's our daughter?" I asked my husband thats currently bottoning his suit. I saw him smile at me through the mirror.

"You mean our Daughter ,bella. She's in her room, making her homeworks."

I rolled my eyes.
"Again? Cant she just skip it and for once, come with us?"

He laughed at me.
"No honey, she cant...and she wont. You know how much she want to reach the "valedictorian" honor." I rolled my eyes for the second time.

Siguro ang ibang parents ay pround na proud sa mga batang tulad ng anak ko. Study-holic. Pero mas maganda kung ang anak ko ay may time saamin na pamilya niya. Dont get me wrong, i like the idea that she is a study-holic and I am proud of that, but the fact that she barely have time for us is quite sad.

"Honey, intindihin mo nalang ang anak natin. Ganyan na talaga siya. Wag ka mag alala, malapit na ang summer maybe 6 more months? And she's gonna have some time to spent with us." Harry hugged me.

I smiled. Ang sweet talaga ng asawa ko! Hmm! At ang gwapo gwapo pa!
"Eh? 6 months? You think na short time yun?"

"Bella, 6 months is much better than 10 months right? Just be happy."

"Bella,we have to go or we'll miss the meeting."i nodded and let go of him.

Sayang nga eh, ang init init na ng pakiramdam ko. Nabitin tuloy ako.

Hahaha, ang landi ko noh?
Sino bang nagsabi na kahit 37 years old ka na eh prohibited ka nang maging malandi diba?? Ahahhaha.

May asim parin ang pagmamahaln namin ng harry ko!

Pumunta na kami ni Harris sa Garage and had the driver drive us to our bew building which was finished building 4 months ago.

"Honey, para saan nga pala ang meeting na toh?"

"Sila James and Marcus lang ang may alam Bella, sabi nila suprisa daw."
Napailing ako sa kay harry.

"Surprise? Eh hindi ko namn birthday ah? Hindi mo rin birthday.."  Nagsasalita pa ako pero in-open na ni harry ang invelope niya na puno ng documents.

Siniko ko siya.
"Ano ba! Nagsasalita pa ako dito tapos documents pa yang inaatupag mo?"

"Bella naman.... kailangan ko na tong ipasa mamaya. Lalo na't may mga bagong branches tayo sa Canada. Anong gusto mo, magka error sa construction site?"

"No, but honey. Listen to me naman, kahit ngayon lang. Ngayon lang nga tayo magkasama kasi mamaya magiging busy ka nanaman. Lalo na't ang rami mo pang gagawin. Tatampo na ako sayo." I crossed my arms.

"Hayyys. Sige na nga. Ano ba yung tanong mo?" he put his McBook into the bag. I smiled. Yay! 

Ang babaw ng kasayahan ko noh? Paminsan lang kasi yan gawin Harry.

"Para saan ang meeting?"

"Bella, suprise nga diba? Ilang times ko ba yun iuulit sayo?"

"Eh honey, anong klaseng surprise?"

"Hayys. Mukha ka talagang bata bella." Tumawa si Harry and messed up my hair.

"But you love me." I pointed out.

"No, thats why I love you. My Childish wife." 

Heheheh. Proud to be childish. 

"Harry, sure ka ba talagang hindi mo alam ang Surprise nila James and Marcus? Magbestfriends ata kayo, mukhang imposibleng hindi nila sasabihin sayo kung ano yung surprise."

"No babe, they didnt told me. How about Demi, magbestfriends rin naman kayo ah? Hindi niya ba sinabi sayo?"

"Hindi."

"Maam and Mister Elozmarcus, we've just arrive to your destination."

I sighed. 15 minutes pa lang nga ang naglipas, nandito na agad? 

Let me explain some stuff to you. Ang major share owners and partners ng company namin ay mga kabarkada namin ni Harry yung Highschool pa lang kami. Demi and I are bestfriends mostly kasi dalawa kaming babae. While Marcus, James and Harry ang mag-kompare. Pareho kasi silang boys. But most of the time, kaming lima ang magkasama sa School. But ngayon na may sarili na kaming pamilya is... maybe once and week lang kaming may time na mag hang-out as a barkada. Thats life. Atleast I got to 23 years of friendship diba?

We ran to the conference room and sat down to our proper chairs.

Soon James Franchesca, Demi Derolinn, and Marcus Gillford finally arrived.

"So, Harry told me that you guys are gonna suprise us."
Napailing si James and Marcus sa sinabi ko.

"Dude, diba sinabihan ka na namin?" 

'What?! Harry! You liar!" Natawa si Harry sa reaction ko. =_= haaays. I hate it when he do this. Nauto niya na naman ako.

"Ang cute mo talaga Bella pagnagagalit."
Cheh! Sinasabi niya lang yan pag ayaw niya akong magalit. Pero be thankful siya at nag-work. Heheheh. Cute naman talaga ako eh. *^_^*

"I hate you sometimes. Anyways, Ano yung surprise niyo?"

Nagkatinginan pa sila ni james, marcus and Demi.

At mukhang naguusap gamit lang ang mga mata nila. 

"Ano ba kasi yun?"

Di nila ako sinagot at nag grupo grupo sila. Nag uusap ng masinsinan.

Feeling ko tuloy talagang nakakatakot ang sasabihin nila. Ugh. Ano ba kasi yun? Tension is killing me.

My heel started to tap the floor and I crossed my arms and raised my brows showing that im getting uncomfortable.

"Eh ano ka ba naman james! Baka ikamatay toh Ni bella!" Sigaw ni Demi kay James at piningot si James sa taenga.

"Aw ouch! Aray aray aray! Demi naman! Anong gustu mo? Hindi na matuloy ang plano?"

"Hindi naman sa ganon. I mean na... dahan dahanin niyo lang sakanya."

"Guys, youre overthingking this. Hindi toh ikakamatay ni Bella okay??"sabi ni marcus.

"Ah eh confident ka pala marcus. Eh ikaw nalang kaya ang magsabi kay Bella? Tingnan natin kung hindi didikit ang well-jelled hair mo sa ding-ding!" Sabi ni Demi. At napa-atras naman si Marcus at napatingin sakin. Hindi kaya ako nakakatakot! 30% lang naman!

"Pft!" Naptingin kami kay harry na pinipigilan ang tawa. >___> i gave him my look the look called.. "dont you dare"

so inayos niya ang sarili niya at di  tinuloy ang tawa at uminom nalang ng tubig.

"Ahem ahem!" He tried to tune himself and looked away from me.

"Heheheh. Ayun nga diba, i'll shut up and you do the talking. Heheheh." -Marcus.

"You know what, lets just tell her."james said and looked at me. Holding Demi's hand they gave me a glass of water and told me to drink it.

"Ano? Ayoko nga--"

"Inumin mo." Sabi nilang dalawa.

"Fine."
I then finished the whole glass.

"Take a deep breath and be comfortable with your chair." James added. I saw him tighten the hold of his hand to Demi and Demi did the same.

Ugh, tension is killin me.

I took a deep breath and sat properly to my chair.

"Now, tell me."

They took a deep breath and  counted..
"1... 2........" -James.

"Twoo...."-Demi

"THREE!" -Demi and james.

"We recommend our son's to have a battle for your daughter's hand!"

I stood up.

"WHAT?!"
