Third Person POV:

Lean: So since we agree na maging strangers with benefits tayo dapat my rules tayo.

Zack: Wow huh parang abogado lang kung magsalita. 😏

Lean: Abogado talaga ako 😒

Zack: Haha yeah sure ok go on with your rules 😊

Sabi nya while removing Lean's clothes.

Lean: Rule #1Don't fall in love. This is the biggest rule and the easiest one to remember. Don't fall in love. But then again, this is also the hardest one to follow.

Zack: Hmmm yeah it kind a hard but maybe kapag may nararamdaman na itigil na ito.

Sabi nya then pinagpatuloy ang ginagawa nila ni Lean.

Lean: Sure!

Other day.....

While naghahalikan sila naguusap sila.

Zack: Rule#2 Have emotional maturity. Understand what kind of a relationship you're getting into right from the start. There isn't supposed to be a happy ending. Be satisfied with a satisfying ending.

Lean: Hmmm makes sense 😊

Other day again....

While their having fight on the couch.

Lean: Rule #3 Set ground rules. How often should both of you call each other and how often should you meet? These rules aren't set in stone, but both of you must make a conscious effort to follow it.

Zack: I can deal with that.

Then she kissed Lean all over her body that makes Leans moaned loudly.

Then other other day...

While there in the car parking-lot.

Zack: Rule #4 Don't get clingy for attention. Your friend with benefits isn't your lover. Don't constantly call them or try to make a conversation when you have nothing better to do.

Lean: Im not a clingy person so its ok with me hahah

Then she kissed Zack's neck leaving marks on it.

Then the other other other day.....

While they're all over in bed.

Lean: and last but not the least Rule #5 Keep it a secret. Don't talk to your friends about it. Gossip has a funny way of spreading within minutes after you tell a friend about it. You'll end up pissing your friend with benefits or getting a bad reputation.

Zack: Sure

Then they continued having a wild fight.
