it's been a week since august's cousin texted us that bullshit and we are now getting off our plane. Armoni is with us and we are going to settle this. i haven't been eating or speaking much unless it was august talking to me. you would have thought that it was my hormones but nah, i have  been like that for a long time. anytime i see him going through a rough time, i cry and get all sad, shutting down. we got into the limo and i laid back. no one from august's family know that we are here. we are going to our hotel and we're going to sleep. tomorrow morning we'll be over there.

august- baby, you good ?*lays his hand on my thigh*

i don't really know how to feel. i feel sad, angry, pissed, betrayed, and just plain ol' mad. how can some one i called family. my own blood send me some shit like that. callin' me gay and shit , like wtf. we already settled into our hotel and Moni is taking a shower. Mimi was laying out Armoni's pajamas and i was on my phone reading the text messages over. i re-read the messages and just kept asking myself all these questions. i then heard a sniff... like someone is crying. i looked up to see Mimi sitting on the bed criss-cross apple sauce. she was crying as she held the pillow tight. she was bawling like crazy. i quickly ran over to her to make sure my baby straight... both of em'.

August- baby what happened ? *sits next to her on the bed*

Mimi- i can't sit her and watch you go through this ! i can't ! it's breaking me into pieces to see you cry.*reaches up and wipe the tears that august didn't know he had* it hurts so bad. my heart aches when my babies are crying. *sniffs*

August-*kisses her and helps her up*

(Armoni walks out and sees her parents crying.)

Armoni- mommy and daddy ? why are you guys crying ? is it because of uncle and grandma ?

Mimi-* looks at august and sniffs* what'chu mean baby?

Armoni- i heard you guys talking in the limo. that is not fair what grandma and them are doing to you guys. *pouts* you guys love your family and they just shit on you guys like that.*shakes her head and begins to lotion her body and get dressed*

Mimi-did she just curse?*says softly to august*

Armoni- i'm sorry mommy. it wont happen again. i'm just so mad ! no one messes with my momma or daddy ! i don't care who you are , you will get cut.*says in all seriousness. and continues to get dressed*

August- you see ? she's just like you. *shakes head* look at what you made my daughter out to be . 

Mimi- *punches his arm* nigga, she got that shit from you.*rolls eyes and takes towel to the bathroom* i'll be out in a minute.

August- lemme' join. Armoni can just go to her room.

Mimi- Armoni, you'll be okay by yourself ?

Armoni- yeah, i'm only gonna watch tv.

Mimi- okay baby. *kisses her forehead and goes into the bathroom with august*
