Elizabeth stepped out from the bar she worked at and pulled her jacket tighter around her shivering body. It was just past three in the morning when George finally let her go with her tips, it was too late to catch a bus and all the cabs were running late due to it being Saturday night. She sighed, dug her hands into her pockets pulling out her phone to call Derek her boyfriend.

"Do you have any idea what time it is Lizzie?" His gruff voice said through the speaker.

"I'm sorry Der, but i just got off work and was wondering if you could come get me?" She asked looking around her, making sure no one was approaching her.

"Dammit Liz, i'm already in bed for the night, couldn't you have called me earlier with this so i would have known?" He asked annoyed.

"Well i didn't know id be staying an hour past bar close, so excuse me for trying to be safe instead of just walking home." She snapped the cold and the night she had catching up to her.

"What the fuck did you just say to me?" Derek growled into the phone.

"I'm...I'm so sorry Derek, i'm just tired and cold and i didn't mean to say that, can you please come get me?" She asked, hopeful.

"Hell no you little bitch, you can walk home and get mugged for all i care." He snapped and hung up on her. Elizabeth pulled the phone away from her ear and sighed.

"He'll be okay tomorrow, after i apologize again and he's had time to cool off." She murmured, stuffing her phone back into her pocket. She looked around once more, deciding on what to do, before stepping off the bar stoop and onto the sidewalk to begin her walk home.

Nathaniel walked thought the darkness of the alleyway trying to find his contact. He glanced up as a very pretty woman caught his eye. He looked down at his watch and shook his head at what time it was.

"What the hell is she thinking? It's three am and she's out here alone." He whispered as he watched her with his eyes until she was out of his line of sight. He shook his head and hoped she made it to her destination safely, when his contact showed up out of the darkness.

"Hey Nate, I got the info you were looking for." He said slipping him a piece of paper. Nathaniel glanced over the information written and scowled.

"I already know all of this you idiot! Why am i paying you for information when you bring me back shit?" He asked angrily tossing the paper into the dirt.

"Hey man, i'm sorry but whoever this guy is, he's really good at covering his tracks." His contact said stepping back with his hands up, not wanting to fight. Nathaniel raked his hand through his thick black hair and shook his head.

"No man, i'm sorry, you've been nothing but helpful and i was a dick. Thanks for digging that up." He said offering his fist for a bump. His friend smiled, bumped him and headed back off into the darkness. Nathaniel light up a cigarette, leaned against the wall and started to think of what his next move would be, when her heard a blood curdling scream come from a few alleys over.

"God dammit." He muttered as he took off to go help whomever was in trouble.

Elizabeth narrowed her eyes at the man that grabbed her and pulled her into an alley. He had grabbed her so suddenly that she let out a very loud scream.

"You better hope no one heard that beautiful." He said, running his hands up and down her sides and he looked her over.  She glared at him as she struggled to get away.

"Let go of me you pervert! I'm meeting up with my boyfriend and if i'm late he'll come looking for me." She said, trying to lie convincingly.

"Nice try doll-face, i heard your little conversation you your boyfriend, i know for a fact no one's coming to get you, so it's just you and me, for hours." He replied sliding his hand up her shirt feeling her breast through her bra.
