Don't Let Me Go ( Marauders )

Chapter 1

Not a day goes by that I don't miss that day, it was my first day at Hogwarts. Nothing really has changed. Besides looks and some differences in personality, nothing has really changed.

Hogwarts is still normal old Hogwarts.

This year I'm finally in my 7th year, my last year. It's the second day, last night was a lot of fun, watching new students get sorted and seeing my old friends again. I enjoy these days when I get to just lay back and have fun with my friends.

I woke up this morning to Katy shaking me.

"Wake the hell up or we're going to be late for breakfast!" She shouts at me. I groaned and got up.

"I'm hurrying" I told her

"Lily already left" she says and I look at the empty bed across the room.

I stood up and got into my trunk and pulled out a floral skirt, a long sleeved black pull over, and some black flats which made me put on black pantiehoes.

I fixed my hair and walked out of our bathroom and over to Katy who had on some black skinny jeans, a grey tang top, and some black combat boots.

"Don't forget your rob" I tell her as I grab mine.

We got our robs and walk out of our room.

We went down to the common room and saw our 4 best friends, Sirius, Remus, James, and Peter.

"Hey boys" Katy and I say together as we buckle our robs on.

"About time you two got down here, we were about to think you died in your sleep" Sirius tells us as they got up

"Very funny Sirius" I say

"Like we haven't heard it a million times before" Katy says after me.

"Well it's like a routine for you to be late." Sirius tells us slightly ticked as we walk out of the common room towards the great hall.

"Well, were women, what do you expect" I tell him

"To be more on time"

"Ha,ha ha" Katy says sarcastically

"Better luck next time honey" I tell him as we walk into the great hall and take our normal seat. Katy, I, then Remus on one said, and then Sirius in front of Katy, James in front of me, and Peter In front of Remus.

We started to eat, everyone was enjoying eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, I only had a apple, I wasn't to hungry and I decided it should do me till lunch.

"You need to eat" Remus tells me looking at my empty plate and the half eaten Apple in my hand

"What d'you suppose?" I ask

"Have some meat" he says and Katy started choking. She then started laughing so hard her eyes were watering

"What's so funny?" He asked looking at Katy, slightly confused, slightly ticked

"Kayla, eating meat, hahaha!" She said and started to go wild with laugher

"It was only a suggestion, she only eats a apple for every corse. She needs to eat more" he tells us both and continues his bacon

"Not on Halloween, she eats more on Halloween then in any time in the year" James said

"Your not helping prongs" he tells him as he held his head with one hand

"It's not my fault I love candy" I tell him

"Ok then, I won't help" he says throwing his hands up in surrender.
