Jeff's POV
"JEFF, DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU DID? YOU LET A MORTAL FIND OUT ABOUT US!" Slender man yelled for the fifth time today. I sighed.
"Well actually, she knew about me this whole time. She was watching me but then again, how was I supposed to know? And she isn't mortal." I argued. He calmed a bit.
"I'm not blaming you for her watching you but Jeff, you're a skilled killer. How did you not know someone was watching you?" I had to think about it for a bit.
"I'm not sure. I guess I was still overworked about her passing and wanting revenge on Jane." I answered. He sighed again.
"Jeff, there's something you need to know. It's important so you better keep your ears open." I looked at him.
"Long before you became one of us, there was a woman. Her name was Mary. When she was 17 she wandered into these woods. I was curious as to why she was there so I approached her. A normal human would have ran away but she was different. She stayed, with no fear evident in her face."
*flashback*
Slenderman's POV
"Why are you here child?" I asked the young girl. She smiled and laughed.
"I was looking for my friend but I guess I got lost." I chuckled. I studied her features. Her coffee brown hair with slight curls in layers. Her dark brown, almost black, eyes. Her tiny short figure. From what I learned, most mortals prefer blonde hair and blue eyes but I never understood why. There's beautiful people in this world that aren't perfect. I was suddenly snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a voice.
"Hello Earth to Mr. Tall man." The girl said.
"I'm sorry. I was lost in my thoughts. What is your name?" I asked. She chuckled.
"It's fine. My names Mary. What about yours?" She questioned back. Mary. That name was beautiful.
"My name is Slenderman but you can call me Slendy, Mary." I replied.
*timeskip 4 years*
I was sitting on the ground in the forest. This is where Mary and I usually meet up. We've known each other for what feels like forever. After a year of knowing each other, I started growing this weird feeling in my stomach. I later found out it's this thing mortals call "love". Apparently when you're in love you're supposed to tell the person about your feelings and hope they accept them. If they feel the same, you're supposed to start dating and do lovey dovey stuff. If they don't feel the same way, you're supposed to move on. Today I wanted to tell Mary about my love for her. I'm hoping she will accept my feelings but if she doesn't that's okay too. Now that I think about it, where is Mary? She should have been here by now. It's already 6 and she said she would be here by 4. It's not like her to be late.
Suddenly, it's like the world heard my thoughts. Mary was walking up to me but, something was different. Her pupils were pitch black, her skin was paler. Something wasn't right.
"Mary dear, are you feeling alright?" I questioned her. She stopped moving and stayed still.
"Mary?" She didn't reply. Out of nowhere, a man as tall as me came out. He had black horns and dark red skin. I instantly knew who it was.
"Zalgo" I said. He laughed.
"So we meet again brother. It seems this pest was going to meet you when we crossed paths. It's too bad. She'll never be able to feel again, make more friends, see you again." He said while smirking. I growled.
"Don't you dare lay a finger on her. And she isn't a pest, she's a young woman." I stated. He laughed.
"Pest or not, that won't stop me from doing this." He said. Time suddenly stopped. Everything was in slow motion. He used one of his sharp claws, and cut off Mary's head. Zalgo laughed his sinister laugh. I stared in horror at the scene in front of me. The evil creature didn't leave without saying one last thing.
"If you or any of your future killers get close to a mortal or someone close to mortal, I won't hesitate to make your and their lives a living hell."
*end of flashback*
Jeff's POV
I stayed still, shocked.
"That's why the number one rule of this house is: Never fall in love with a mortal." Slender said.
"But, what can Zalgo do to her? She was a mortal but now she's just a ghost." I said. He looked at me.
"Zalgo is very powerful. If he found out about her, he would send her to the deepest pits of hell, and you would never hear or see her again." He said. I was shocked to say the least. Losing Jules again. I could never handle that. What scares me the most, was what Slenderman requested next.
"Jeff, you have to promise me you will never, EVER under any circumstances, communicate with Jules again."

I'm so sorry I haven't updated in a while. There's been so much homework ;-; But then again, what can I do about it? XD Anywho, what did you think? Sorry it was kind of long. Slendy lost the love of his life, and he asked Jeff not to talk to Jules. What would Jeff say? Also, the next chapter is going to be a flashback of Slenderman and Jeff (no not Yaoi I just mean when they first met). I just wanted to say that to clear up any confusion about the next chapter when it comes out. Well me has to go. I'm helping a friend write his book XD.
Stay beautiful <3
