Chapter-42

At around 2 am-

Everyone went to their rooms to sleep..

Nandini and manik freshened up and they lied down on each side of ayaan..

They switched off the bed lamps and then slept hugging ayaan from both sides..

At mid-night myrah started crying..

Nandini woke up fast and then went and picked myrah up..

She came back and sat leaning with the bedrest and turned the lights on..

Nandini: myrah..rote nehi hain baby! shh..

Nandini placed a pillow on her lap and then myrah above it..

Ayaan and manik both woke up and wete moving..

Ayaan: ohho..

Nandini caressed his hair: so jao..

She started feeding myrah..

Myrah was still crying after some time

Nandini: ahha baby kya hua? Aap hungry toh nehi ho..phir kya hua? Bura dream dekh liya kya? Awwle meri baby! Kuch nehi hoga..mamma hain na..

Nandini hummed a song and moved her legs trying to make myrah sleep..

She looked at manik and ayaan and started laughing..

Manik placed his hands on ayaan's ears and ayaan placed his ones on manik's ears and they both were sleeping..

Nandini: so cute these two are..

Nandini took a picture of them..

Myrah soon slept holding nandini's finger and nandini slept like that too..

At 10am-

Manik woke up first..he saw them sleeping like that..

He woke up and slowly picked myrah who had woken up too and was looking around..

Manik softly: nandini..lie down..

Nandini opened her eyes and then looked at them and she lied down and slept again hugging ayaan..

Manik: aab hum dono kya kare..chalo bahar

Manik and myrah went to the garden side and manik walked carrying myrah

Manik: you know myrah we have one thing in common! We both are very lucky to have a nandini in our life..isnt she amazing??

Myrah smiled

Manik: yeah i know! She is amazing!

Myrah started laughing loudly

Manik laughed too seeing her..

Ayaan came from behind rubbing his eyes..

Ayaan: papa

Manik: goodmorningg!! Look who is up

Ayaan: kya karrahe ho?

Manik: baas talking..

Ayaan surprised: myrah can talk!

Manik: yup! But only i can understand..father daughter talk

Ayaan: offo papa!

Manik laughing: chalo lets sit

They sat on the bench beside..

Ayaan and manik talked for along time about games and sports and also about myrah..while myrah just listened to them without even making a single noise..

Manik: chalo ayaan..breakfast karlete hain..i have to go out too

Ayaan: kaha papa?

Manik: gym!

Ayaan: ohh..chalo

They went inside and manik went to his room with myrah while ayaan sat with cabir downstairs talking to him..

Manik placed myrah on the baby cot

Manik: nandini utho!

Nandini slowly woke up: goodmorning

Manik: goodmorning sleeping beauty!

Manik bent down and kissed her forehead

Nandini sat up and manik went infront of the wardrobe and started taking his clothes out..

Nandini: tum bahar jaoge?

Manik: haan gym!

Nandini: mujhe bhi toh jana tha..ayaan aur myrah ko chachi ke ghar mein drop karna hoga

Manik: haan! I will do it jane waqt

Nandini: okay

Nandini took her phone and went to instagram..she was just going through her feed..

Manik sat infront of her: kya karrahi ho?

Nandini: nothing..

Manik: instagram?ohh..nandini did u see that picture?

Nandini: what picture?

Manik took her phone and showed a picture of himself with a girl

Nandini: who is she?

Manik: the album producer! Isnt she hot..

Nandini looked at manik

Manik: what?

Nandini: nothing

She stood up and starte to go away..

Manik laughing held her hand and pulled her back

Nandini landed on his lap

Manik: gussa?

Nandini: no..haan..why is she hugging you like that..and look at the caption! Love of my life? Seriously?

Manik: see that emoticon too! She was just joking

Nandini: whatever

Manik: areh nandini..

Nandini: yeh bhi soha ke tarha nikli na toh..

Manik: nandini! Chill! You should be happy i never hide anything from you

Nandini: i want to kill you

Manik: really?

Manik pulled her back holding her more tight

Nandini: manik

Manik: you dont need to be jealous of anyone! You know that right?

Nandini: yes i know! But she needs to be slapped because you are only mine!

Manik laughing: thats like my tiger

Nandini: shutup

Manik: i love you

Nandini looked infront without replying

Manik pulled her closer and kissed her cheek: i love you

Nandini smiling: i love you too..

Manik: but still she is very hot..

Nandini: manikk

Manik laughing picked nandini up and went to the washroom..
