Okay, I think Tsukki is worried about Yamaguchi cause..
Yamaguchi is putting so much effort to his jump floater and Tsukki is worried that if he fails; what's Yamaguchi going to do?
He doesn't want Yamaguchi to suffer like his brother. He knows that no matter how much you put effort into something, in the end something will always go wrong.
It's like you're working hard for a goddamn project but in the end, someone will scold you for not putting enough effort over that piece of shit. Like dafuq?! My fist tastes like skittles, wanna taste the rainbow, bitch? :)

The moments bruh, it's like all of my ships were gathered at that episode. It was heaven, nirvana, ect...
I was happy when I saw that part cause it means that their friendship is not one sided (not like I thought about that before)
