Aj's POV

I stood in slow motion as I watched my friend's in a panic. I looked down to what they were freaking out about, Harry was on his knees tightly gripping me. Whats happened, how could I see me if I am me? Was this death? I could not hear a thing as I watched Harry tightly squeezing..me. I saw his mouth move and his veins showing as he was enraged. I look to the rest of the life seekers who stood with heads held low, Luna's tears were a swift and silent river that flowed down her cheeks. I went to reach out for Luna but the world I was watching turned into complete black.

"Aj"

I shuttered in the blindness that consumed me. Someone had called my name. I was frozen by fear the words hitched in my throat.

A dim light broke through the blackness and revealed a wigged woman in black jeans and a black shirt.

"Aj, im not going to hurt you. Im here to help you, I want you to escape death"

I felt her coal black eyes burn into my skin. I managed to give a nod.

"great." She said with a smile the devil would recognize.

"well I can save you from the death youve been sent to." she said in a hushed tone as she circled around me.

"But" she whispered as her face neared mine. "you have to do something for me too"

I couldnt move she was so close I could hardly breathe.

"Im gonna need your perfection"

I didnt understand, I was confused. All this bitch did was smirk.

"well stupid girl you see I am a fallen angel. To win the grace of god I need to gain more perfection. And you have a a pure perfect spirit and that shows through your beauty. So by tainting your beauty that will gain perfection for myself"

Holy shit she is gonna wreck my body. My heart dropped as she smiled at me, "so we have a deal?". My face pailed and I couldnt think, "ah ah what about the burns from the um fi-fire" I spat. "well if we have a deal then ill throw in the immediate healing of your burns". My thoughts were a jummbled mess and I simply nodded.

"great" and she fluttered her wings and landed next to me. "time to steal some of that perfection."

She grabbed hold of my arm yanking it up to reach all the way up to the sky "stand just like that" she said swipping her tongue over her lips.

Im still so confused but I comply, anything is better than being dead. I jumped 10 feet in the air when I saw her 5 inch claws shoot out from where her nails originally were, I starred in horror.

"oh kid how did you think I was gonna scar your perfect beauty?" she smirked again sending chills down my spine.

In the blink of an eye her claw was dug into my the tip of my pinky finger as it was still held in the air. I wanted to scream out in pain but couldnt her touch muted me it froze me and as my cells screamed with pain my mouth couldnt. She kept her claw dug into me then moved it down my hand and down my entire arm, my eyes now poured out with salty tears. No blood poured and I was guessing it was because I was dead, but then why did I feel pain?

I gasped as she continued to drag it down, now passing over my ribs and being dragged down my leg all the way to my ankle. The same wounds dupicated itself on the other side of me, this left 2 huge white thick scars.

She jerked her thick nail out of me letting my body drop the floor, I let out a cry as I touched what was going to be on my body forever. Her hand cupped my chin pulling my face up to see hers. "hmm well your face is still too pure.."
