Chapter Five: Jemma

~ beep beep beep ~
I listen to the 'beeping' sound, as my eyes lay closed. "She'll be fine," I heard a deep voice speak, entering the room.
"Thank you doc," a familiar voice, walks into the room. I slowly open my eyes, getting used to the blurred vision. "Jemma thank God," the voice says.
I take my time to adjust to the light around me, and then I turn my face to the panicking man. "I'm so sorry," he says. "It's okay Dan," I mutter.
He dips his face into the hands, and sighs, muttering few words I couldn't understand.
"How long will I be here?" I ask. Dan looks at me and then shrugs. "The doctor will be here soon, don't worry," he says, which makes me relax.
I'll be out soon.
