i spun in circles in my swivel chair as i planend my first text to Joanna. i would need to say my name, hello, and say either cutie or bbg without sounding weird. eventually i decided on "hey, its violet💕" emojis are life savers. i sat in anticipation for two whole minutes until her name lit up by phone she said "hey its joanna:-)״ we talked for a bit about school and grades. she still really likes her last boyfriend, uziel. i comforted her when she said he was dating someone else. it was nice. we talked till one am. the next day at school she waved at me twice. things are about to get a whole lot better.
