Chapter 2: The Nightmare

A/N:

When Mizuki got to the JIDA, she trained every day with Guren. At the age of 16, she got her curse gear and joined the JIDA as a sergeant. Now Mizuki is 19 years old and is now a colonel and a member of Guren's squad. While training she made a friend, that friend is Shinoa. I guess you can say best friends but yeah. In addition, Mizuki hates the Hiiragi family, but not Shinya and Shinoa. Disclamier I DO NOT OWN OWARI NO SERAPH.

(Mizuki POV)

"Mizuki, Mizuki?" someone said, it was dark and I could not see anyone, but I knew whose voice it was "Mika?" I see Mika walking out of the black shadow. "Come on Mizuki, let's go Akane and everyone is waiting for us" Mika said. "O-okay, hey wait for me, Mika," before I could get to him, it was black "Huh." I said. Then I heard something drop behind. I turned around to see my family drop one by one on the ground. "No, Stop!" tears started going down my cheeks as I tried to run towards their dead bodies but it turned black again. Suddenly I heard someone screaming, I ran to where it was coming from. There I saw Mika on the ground, dead with blood on his shirt. Before I could get to him, I saw Yuu and me. "What?" You hear Mika saying your name, "Mizuki please help me." "Haha, why should I help you, I was using you so I could get out." Said the younger Mizuki, "What!!! I never said that. What the hell is going on!" Mizuki screamed. "Mikzuki we all know that you just want to save yourself and use us to escape without a scratch," Mikaela said. "Yeah, Mizuki, why did you leave us? Do you not love us?" All the orphans said. "NO I NEVER SAID THAT! I LOVE YOU ALL!" I shouted, tears trickling done my cheeks (turns black again). All of a sudden, I wake up sitting up sweaty, crying and my throat dry from screaming. The door swung open. Shinya walk towards me with a worried face and hugging me tightly asking what happen.

(Shinya's POV)

I was walking to Mizuki's apartment to tell her that Guren needs her at his office. When I was about to knock on her door, I heard screaming inside. I called for her to open the door but she kept on screaming. My heart ached listening to her like this. I swung door open in one swift kick. I rushed in to see Mizuki sitting up crying, her hair sticking on her sweaty skin. It hurts me to see her like this. I walked up and hugged her tightly, "Mizuki, what happen?" She didn't say anything, just slowly responding back to the hug and burying her face into the crook of my neck. Several minutes had past, before she stopped crying, "Shinya I'm okay now, but why are you here?" Mizuki said pulling away. "Guren sent me here to tell you to go to his office, you should get ready." I said walking to the door. "Wait! Shinya!" I turned around

"U-uh t-thank you." Mizuki said kind of blushing. I smiled back "No problem and I will get someone to fix the door." I heard a chuckle from her and I walked out.

(Mizuki's POV)

After Shinya walked out, I sighed and lay back in bed "I wished he could have stayed a little bit longer." His scent was still lingering on my clothes. I like his scent it always calms me down. I started thinking about him and I blushed. I shook my head a few times before I got up. I headed towards the bathroom to take a shower. After taking a shower, I put my uniform on, took my katana, and headed to Guren's office. When I got to Guren's office, I knocked. There was no response. I waited for a few minutes and still nothing happened. Feeling irritated, "Guren I'm coming in." I opened the door to see he wasn't there. Seriously, if he asked me to come to his office he should be there, jeez I should go ask Sayuri where he is. I know Sayuri is teaching Guren's homeroom because she would do anything for him. I made it to the classroom and opened the door. Sayuri was there, but before I could say anything *BEEP BEEP* the speakers went on, "Emergency there is a vampire that is going into the Second Shibuya High Arc, Moon Demon Company get there immediately." "Wait, the Second Shibuya High Arc, crap that's where Yuu at, I need to go." Before I could go, Sayuri grabbed my arm "But Yuu doesn't know you're still alive." I gave her a weak smile, "Well, he's going to find out eventually. Now let's get Shigure and the others and head out." Sayuri nodded.

A/N: Yeah, hope you liked it I know it is short but I've been busy lately. In addition, I am thinking of making this a ShinyaxMizuki but I'm not sure yet. Next chapter is going to be about the Second Shibuya High Arc until next time.
