The next day I woke up not wanting to go to school. I wanted to tell mom that but I knew she wouldn't even bother to ask why. I decided to go to school anyway. I went in the bathroom and got ready. I wanted to wear something cute since I was going to see James today. But that wasn't me at all. I decided to wear jeans, my Jordans and a striped shirt. I put my long blond hair in a ponytail letting my bangs show.
I grabbed a banana from the kitchen said goodbye to my mom who was to busy as usual and my sister who was to busy on her stupid phone. I started walking when I realized that today I didn't walk with Summer.
At school I saw James and we walked to all our classes together. We was my only friend now. I saw Summer but I didn't even bother to say anything to her considering were not friends anymore.
At lunch went with James to the library like yesterday. "Hey James do you want to walk to school together since we live near each other?" I asked. "Sure!" He said. He gave me his number so we can stay in touch. Lunch was over and I rushed to science class. James came as well but he took his time. In science Summer came to me and asked if she can borrow my text book. "Look Jeana I'm sorry. It's just......" before she could finish what she was going to say I cut her of. "Summer don't even bother." I walked with James at the end of the day. When I arrived at my house I couldn't believe what I saw. "Dad?"
