High school... The most exciting and most life changing place a teenage girl could be. At Eugene Burroughs High, this is the place Megan is where she is her happiest. She has friends everywhere, from seniors to freshmen. She is that friendly, helpful, bubbly girl. If you find her down, it is a shock to everyone she knows. Then there is another side to her, the one out of school. Out of school Megan is all depressed, remembering horrible events, and quiet. No one ever knew about this side except for her ex's. Everyone just expects her to be happy, but sometimes she can't help but be quiet and down.

*Megan's P.O.V.*

First day of high school. Nothing new really. I know a lot of people who went there and who go there. I know the place well, too. I have a boyfriend over there already. I know its weird to already have a boyfriend who is in high school and he is 2 years older than you, but don't judge. My friend is driving me to school since she also goes there. As we arrive I smile. I see my old friends from my old schools. I walk through the halls noticing all these people hugging smiling and yelling. I kinda feel out of place until I find all my friends. I walk over to them and hug each of them. "Nathan! Miguel!" I say happily. "Hey," they reply back. Then I get all happy, but I know once this year gets going, things will change.

After the whole finding your way around school thing stopped. I realized I had the same lunch as my boyfriend, Micah. EEEEEE!!!!!! Oh well, I also realized that I share a lot of classes with my old friends like Nate, Sydney, Daniel, and some others. Once I get home I through myself onto my bed and lay down. I pull out my phone and text Micah.

Me: Hey

Micah: Hey

Me: I saw you today

Micah: Same here

Me: Yup

Micah: What you think about E.B. High

Me: It's amazing and fun

Micah: I'm glad you like it there

Me: I gtg ily

Micah: I love you too

After that I had dinner and prepared everything. I'm laying in bed right now and looking at my phone. 'Should I text him?' I think to myself. I shake my head and put my phone on my night stand.
I curl up into the fetal position and just drift off to sleep.

I wake up to the beeping of my alarm clock. I groan and reach over to turn it off on top of my dress. I swing my legs over the edge of my bed and rub my face. I get up and walk to the bathroom and start the shower. As I do, I walk back to my room to grab my phone and turn on some music. I click on Loved You First by One Direction and lug it into my portable mini speaker. I place the phone and speaker near my sink and strip down.

Once I get out and brush my teeth, I go to my room and dress up. "Another day," I say a little sadly. I grab my phone and text Micah.

Me: Gm

Micah: Gm

Me: Wyd

Micah: Going to school

Me: True, I'll see ya there

I smile and place my phone on my bed as I put on my uniform. I grab my phone and iPad and head downstairs. I arrive into the kitchen and grab some food. I place my iPad in my book bag and take my phone out. I look at my twitter and facebook. I continue to eat some bread and see that my ride texted me she's here. I grab my stuff and keys and head out the front door. I step out and close the door behind me and lock it. I walk to my ride's car and get in. The ride was quiet. I just looked at my texts and twitter. It's another day, another struggle.
