Chapter 1

Hi i am Samantha or you can call me Sam or Sammy. I live with my mom in L.A, I am 19, and i am having a really hard time in life. My mom and dad split. Why you ask? Well because my mom started drinking and started getting tied up in work and my dad left her. She started saying that I was the reason that they broke up and she would hit me or do something bad to me. When all of this started happening i started to cut and the only person who knows is my bestfriend Emma. When I told her she started to break down crying saying that I needed to stop and sometime I lied to her saying that i stopped and it made her really happy.

~Sammy's P.O.V~ (Im going to start calling her sammy because I'm going to bring Sam Pottorff into this)

I was walking along the beach when i bumped into this guy and said "Oh I'm sorry" I looked up to see "The" guy had brown hair and the most beautiful eyes you could ever see. He looked down at me and said "It ok" we just kept staring into each others eyes when he asked me what my name was and I told him "Samantha White, but you can call me Sammy if you want?" he said "Hi Sammy my name Kian Lawley, woul-" Kian got cut off by these other guys calling his name and he couldn't finish.

These other guys came runny towards us and kian said yelling at the other guys "Hey guys come here i want you to met someone" They got closer and closer until they were wright next to kian. One of the guys were looking at me and said "Heyyy". KIan said "Hey guys this is Sammy" they all said "Hey" and one of them came up to me and put their arm around my shoulder and said that their name was Ricky. I said hi to Ricky and then he stared to introduce me to the other guys "That is Jc, Sam, Trevor, and Connor and I can see that you have already met Kian" he said while starting to laugh a little bit.

~kian's P.O.V~

While Ricky was introducing her to the guys i was looking at her and seeing how beautiful her baby blue eyes were and her long curly brown hair. She looked over at me to see that i was staring at her I looked away blushing and I could see that she blushing as well. I started to speak again until Ricky cut me off and asked if she wanted to come to our house and hang out. She said "Yes" and we all started to walk to the house. I was walking next to Sammy when she got a text from someone and she stopped walking and I said "Sammy whats wrong?" She looked up and said she had to go.

~Sammy's P.O.V~

I got a text from my mom saying that if I didn"t get home that she was going to do something bad to me. I stopped walking and Kian asked me"What was wrong?" They all were looking at me. I said "I have to go home" I started to run home when Kian yelled "Meet up here tomorrow at 12:00" I yelled back and tried to get home as fast as I could and when I got home my mom walked over to me and slapped me across my face and I started to cry and i ran up to my room and locked the door and ran to my bathroom and found a razor and started to cut my left arm and there was about 6 or 7 cuts on my arm. I got up and i was going to take a shower. I turned on the water and got undressed and got in.

The warm water calmed me down. I washed my body and my hair, got out and put on some sweats and a over sized shirt, put my hair in a messy bun and went to sleep.
