As I sat in my seat in math class, the bell rang and I noticed Kev casually walk into class. "Oh God his walk is so graceful" I thought to myself but as soon as I came back to reality, I was still looking at Kevin only to see him staring back at me. I shook my head in embrassment and he shot me a smirk with a wink. I looked down and whispered " OMG he just winked at me!" I was interrupted in my thoughts by Mr. Sorochan, our math teacher, saying "Kevin please take your seat." And with that the class commenced. While taking down notes I had a strange feeling of some sort. I raise my head and let my eyes wander around the class room and I notice Kevin staring at me. I let out a giggle and got back to my work. After class I went to my locker and reached inside for my science but I felt a slight tap on my shoulder. I turn around and see the angel himself. "Hey Esha." "Hey Kevin." I manage to say without stuttering. "I was wondering if you could help me out after school with my math? I need some help with square roots." "Sure but when do you wanna meet up?" "Let's say about 6:00ish?" "Great see you then." He nodded and walked away as I closed my locker door and leaned against it. "Wow I get to hangout with keviekev" I sang in my head while I walked to class.
*At Home*
"Mom, I'm home. Mom?" I place my bag by the kitchen table and walk into the living room to see my mother. She was asleep but she had a bag of chips laying on her lap and untouched fruit on the table. "Typical mom" I sighed I kissed her cheek, grabbed the fruit and jogged up the stairs to my room. I threw myself onto my bed and scrolled through my Instagram feed but quickly noticed that I got a couple likes on my photos. I look and find that not only Kevin liked my photos but Devin and Daniel have been snooping around too. I chuckle and cover myself with my favorite blanket so I can take a nap.
*2 Hours*
I wake up and head down stairs with my bowl. I see my mom has made me dinner as she is also eating without me. " Well good morning sleeping beauty." " Nice one mom, I would say the same to you but it's like 5:00 pm so" I laugh. I sit with her and begin to eat. " Do you have any plans?" "Yes, I'm going to Kevin's to help him out with his math." "Oh well be back before dark and don't have too much fun." She winked at me awkwardly. " MOOOM ew not cool." She laughs as I put my plate in the sink and run upstairs to get ready. I quickly hop in the shower and sing my heart out. I pick out my clothes and think "nice, not too formal but also not too casual." I put the smallest amount of makeup on and brush my hair. I take a couple selfies and walk downstairs. I kiss my mom good bye, grab my bag and walk out the door. I plug in my headphones and begin to walk since Kevin only live down the street from me. I walked up to his door and rang the doorbell. Soon after the door swung open and Kevin stood there smiling. He invited me in and led me to the living room where Shari, his mom and nana were. I hugged them all and nana chatted up a storm with me but she is one funny lady. Kevin then led me to the kitchen were the cookies laid on the counter. "Help yourself" he stated. "Oh no I can't, really." At that moment he shoved a cookie into my mouth. He laughed and said "you look even cuter." I chewed on the rest of my cookie as we walked up the stairs into his room. We sat on his bed and he then asked "Do you want a drink?" "Um sure water would be great thanks" I replied. He jogged downstairs and I noticed his math binder was unorganized so being me I clean it up a little. I look at his previous test and read 98% on the left corner of his paper. My eyes opened wide as he walked into his room and I quickly force the test under his binder. I take my glass of water hoping he didn't notice my eyes. "So Esha what were you doing that made your eyes bulge out of your head?" I don't know but I'm 98% sure you do." He look down and moved closer to me. "Look Esha ever since grade 7 I've liked you on the low and I've tried my best to keep it that way but I can't anymore. But I just want to say that you are one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen and I notice all little things you do that make me want you to be mine more and more and I'm also sorry for lying. So what I'm trying say is will you be my girl?" He says as he strokes my long brown hair with his fingers and trace my jawline leading down to my chin. I froze in the moment and then he spoke again "I forgot to tell you that your eyes look as sweet as chocolate in this light but I bet you're even sweeter." I smile and say " Sure just promise there won't be any lying in this relationship okay?" "Okay I promise." He then brings my chin to his lips and gives me a peak on the cheek. We sat and talked for the longest time it was amazing. It was soon getting dark out and he decided to walk me home. We walked downstairs hand in hand and said goodbye to his family. We walked down the street and he guessed which house I lived in. Surprisingly he got it right. "How do you know where I live weirdo?" "Um lucky guess." "Kevin, spill." "Alright well I usually drive by your place on the way to mine. Sometimes I just watch you and you do that cute little thing where you play with your hair" he replied with a grin. " somehow I don't find that creepy" I said as we approached the door. "So I guess I'll see you tomorrow?" I asked hopefully but I all ready knew the answer. "You know it babygirl" he whispered with a wink. And at that moment I felt like my eyes turned into hearts and I became an emoji. I might have melted internally too. "O-okay see y-you t-tomorrow" man I swore I sounded like a goat but I think it's okay because he just laughed it off. "Goodnight Kevin love you." "Night love you the most baby." He then grabbed my waist and pulled me towards him. He smashed his lips into mine and the sparks began to fly. After I pulled away I open the door and turn around to find him 'watching me'. "Bye-bye Kevie." "See you boo." He blew a kiss and walked off. I closed the door and laid my head back on it. "Man today was a good day" I said to myself and made my way to my room. I got ready for bed and laid down for about two minutes just thinking about today. Soon I drifted off to sleep.
