The world is silent and the dust shall stop
Motion is frozen, the ticking of a clock
Our hearts reach out of those in need
Faith and community is needed to believe
It will take some time for the wounds to heal
It wasnt their city or their town to steal
A vicious act against all that is good
But the people of paris will fight where they stood
To stand in place for all those they lost
And to beat these criminals at whatever the cost
Together they will stand and will never be without
