My Letter- [1]

"Mum!" I yelled.

"What NOW Kara?"

"Mum! I got my letter!"

Hi. I'm Kara Keen, 11 years old, pure-blood wizard, and a metamourphagus, original hair color: black, and wavey, original eye color: hazel.

"LET ME SEE!!!!" My mum said. You see, my mum is a witch that used to be in Hufflepuff, but on the other hand, my dad was in Gryffindor.

My mother wants me to get in Hufflepuff, while my dad wants me to get in Gryffindor.

"LOOK-READ!!!!!" My mum said, "Wait- hold on a second, Kara. I want to get your Father.

"RICK!!!!!!!!" My dad came running down the stairs. "Ye-DIDKARAGETHERLETTER??!?!?"

"What?" "Did Kara get her letter?"

"Yes!!!" "Well, READ IT!!?"

Dear Kara Keen,

We are proud to inform you that you are excepted to Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Please find enclosed a list of necessary books and equipment. Term begins September 1.

"Tomorrow we can go get your supplies!" Mum said.

"What's all the noise?" My sister Kailey said. She's 9.

"Kara got her letter, honey."

"Oh. I'm going back to bed."

{NEXT DAY}

"Come on, Lets go!" My mum said, ushering me out.

"Ok,ok!" I said putting my hands up.

We left and got into Diagon Ally. We went to get my robes and books first. Then we went to get my wand. We got in the shop in I bumped into someone.

"Oh! I'm sorry!" I said turning around my hair turning a deep purple ( cause I was embarrassed ).

"It's ok." Said a boy with red hair, and a sweater with F on it.

"Are you going to Hogwarts?" I said.

"Yeah! Are you?" He said, and I nodded.

"Kara!"

"Well, I have to go. Hope to see you at Hogwarts."

"Yeah," he said stuffing his hands in his pockets, "Bye."

We got my wand and my mum said she wanted to get me something for getting into Hogwarts.

We went into a shop with a bunch of pets. She said I could pick out anything. I picked a snow owl ( I dunno what they're actually called) and named it Nemo.

We went home and then as soon as I got the letter I had to leave. I crossed the border with Mum. Then my dad and Kailey came. My mum started crying, as I started saying bye to them.

"Have a good time, and send us an owl as soon as you get in your common room. Have a good t-time!" Mum said.

"Bye!!!!!" I waved at them and got on the train. It started off, and I found a empty compartment put my stuff in and slid in.

Soon enough a girl with curly brown hair came in. "Everywhere else is full. Can I sit?" "Yea."

"I'm Nina. Nina Mates." (Played by Victoria Justice) "Kara Keen."

After 10 minutes, 2 boys came in.

"I'm telling you, George," said the same boy in the wand shop not noticing we're there, "She's the one. When I bumped into her, I hoped I see her he- OUCH!!!!!! WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!?!?" He was looking at the guy who had a G on his sweater who just elbowed him. He tilted his head at us. The guy who had a F on his sweaters eye bulged.

"You can sit down." Nina said.

The F guy sat next to me, and G guy sat down next to Nina.

"I'm Nina."

"I'm Kara."

"I'm George."

"Fred."

"First year?" I asked.

They all nodded.

"Hey- I remember you!" I said to Fred, "I bumped into you at Ollivanders!"

He blushed.

"Yeah." He mumbled.

Suddenly the train stopped.

"Surely, we can't be there already." George said.

He looked out the compartment where many other people were to.

The train gave a sudden lurch and George fell back in his seat.

The lights went off.

I leaned in left.

I bumped into Fred.

"Oops! Sorry."

"It's ok."

I leaned back, but he scooted closer to me and I leaned in and he put his arm around me.

I whimpered and he pulled me closer.

A dementor came in and started doing this thing to us.

A teacher made it go away though. And he gave us all chocolate.

"That was weird," George said.

"It felt- it felt as though I'd never be happy again." Nina said. We all agreed with her and started talking about random things. Soon it was time to go off.

"GET REDY HOGWARTS IM GONNA BLOW THE SOCKS OF YOUR FEET! Wait. You don't have feet, so I'LL BLOW THE SOCKS OFF WHEREVER YOU PUT THEM ON!!" I yelled.

They all chuckled, and we got ready to get of the train.
