D'Andre: Before Apocalypse

            "Get ready boys the main targets will be in that building right there with the bomb.," said the commander of the squad. "Blackhat will be looking out for suspicious activity on top of that building while Flash, me, and Sand will go inside and infiltrate the area. ""Why would it matter if I die anyways, no one would notice," Blackhat said. "We would matter if you die we all die!," yelled Flash. Blackhat and flash knew each for many years it was Blackhat's only friend. He joined the war to die.

         "Let's go maggots!," yelled the commander. Blackhat quickly scurried up the roof of the building. He set up his sniper with the bipod stand to reduce recoil when he takes a shot. But now it will limit how much he can move. He was about 1,000 meters away from the warehouse. He could see about 12 men in there looking at the bomb Flash is supposed to disarm. He saw them giving a signal to breach the door. They breached in starting shooting as if there were no tomorrow. There was about 137 shots fired. Blackhat steadied and shot he hit someone's limb. "Ehh guys there is a convoy coming in from the east about 12 men in there," Blackhat told the team using the radio. "I set up a little gas tank shoot it when the convoy comes close," Flash told Blackhat.

            Blackhat waited. He had to aim a little higher then the target is started to get windy and that can cause the bullet to drop. Once he saw the convoy near the gas tank he shot. Boom! The gas tank exploded the convoy as Flash suspected. "There's a problem the explosion caused the bomb to get set on fire run!," shouted Flash. Flash, the commander and Sand all ran. Boom! The bomb exploded and set the building to collapse. Pieces fell and the view became dusty. "Hello anywhere here?," questioned Blackhat on the radio. He heard no response and starting to rush to the warehouse.

        "Help!," shouted Flash. A piece of the building landed on his arm.  "Cut it!," Flash yelled. "No one man I can lift it!," Blackhat said with a tear coming down his face. He tried to lift it but it was to heavy for him. Flash handed him his combat knife. Blackhat quickly slashed and  cut his forearm off. "Ahh," yelled Flash like a bitch. Blackhat quickly grabbed bandages from his rear pocket and put them around Flash's remain of his arm. Blood was everywhere even on Blackhat. "Stay right here I'm going to search for the others," Blackhat said. "I'm not going anywhere," Flash whispered in pain. Blackhat searched but could not find anything.

       Finally he saw 2 bodies under a piece of the building. He looked at the faces and it was the Commander and Sand. Blackhat started to cry as he thought it was his fault. He grabbed their dog tags and went to go get Flash. He picked Flash up and said to the radio, "Heading to the Extraction point 2 kia one injured bad past out." "We are coming T-minus 15 minutes," Said the Pilot. Blackhat walked 5 miles to the extraction point and the helicopter was there.

           He put Flash inside first and then dazed off to the past. "No one cares about I can't take my life anymore!," D'Andre shouted at Angel. "That's not true without you I wouldn't have free food," Angel said with a chuckle. "Screw you," D'Andre said and started to laugh. "When I'm older I'm going to the army to die," D'Andre said. "Then ill follow to make sure you don't," Angel said solemnly. "You won't know what branch I'm going to," D'Andre said confidently. "I'll find out, I always do," Angel said.

         D'Andre then woke up. He was at the army base. They put Flash on a stretcher and was leading him to the emergency room. They were prepared to do surgery. Blackhat couldn't stand to watch another friend die so he walked away. "D'Andre come here!," shouted the general of the army base. "Today you were brae I'm glad you brought 1 person back, he shall not die you have my word on that, but I'm allowing you to go back home, you've done enough for us already," the General said. "Ok," D'Andre said wearily. He knew it should be Sand, Commander, and Flash going back home not him. He packed his stuff to get ready to leave and kept the dog tags for his own memory that will always haunt him.
