Chapter 1:
~ Unknown P.O.V ~
Its the middle of the school year at Central Academy of Performing Arts and Jacob (Prince) ,Rayon (Ray), Chresanto (Roc), Hope, Nicole, Summer, Craig (Prod), and Summer all sat at the same lunch table conversing about the Mid-School Year Family Day Cookout. Then a new girl walks into the cafeteria.
Prince: That girl is real cute, and she kinda looks like hope
Everybody looks at Hope then back at the new girl.
Summer: Nah Hope looks way better then her.
Hope: She's okay...
Jacob (Prince): Well I'm going to invite her over here.
~ Faith's P.O.V ~
I walked into the cafeteria and felt like everyones eye's were on me. Its isnt easy being the new girl. I should know I move constantly, but thats when I saw a cute guy with a curly afro approaching me. I didnt know if he was walking over to me to be rude, or if he was coming over to be nice. So I just stood there in shock.
???: Hey you're new here right ?
Faith: Umm yeahh.
???: Well my friends and I just saw you standing here by yourself and I just wanted to invite you over.
Faith: (Smiling) Oh that'll be nice
The both of them start walking towards the table.
???: By the way my name is Jacob
Faith: I'm Faith
Prince: Everyone this is Faith , Faith these are my friends Rayon(Ray), Craig (Prod), Chresanto (Roc), Nicole, Summer, Jazzari, Luke and your twin Hope
Everyone laughs except for Hope, Faith and Summer
Prince and Faith sit down and pick up their conversation on the Family Cookout.
Prince: Hey Faith let me see your schedule..
Faith: (Hands prince the schedule)
Prince: (Examines schedule and smirks) Looks like we're gonna be together for the rest of the school year.
Faith: (Chuckles)
The lunch bell rings and Prince begins walking with faith to fourth period.
Faith: So whats the Mid-School Year Family Cookout ?
Prince: Every year the school hosts a cookout in the middle of the year to discuss their childs progress in school, eat a lot of food, play games, and whatever its alot of fun though and its like a parent teacher conference, but our school can never be normal. Anways whats your talent though
Faith: I sing and dance, but my talent here for dancing. whats yours ?
Prince: Cool, and I dance too.
Their conversation gets interrupted by the late bell so they quickly make their way to fourth period which is Math.
Miss. Cole: Hello you must be Miss. Barber ?
Faith: Yeah thats me !
Prince: Thats creepy you look like Hope and y'all have the same last name.
