Steve:

Since you didn't have much planned for the night, you only wore a comfy sweater and ripped jeans. Steve had honored his word, and picked you up when he said he would. As for the surprise however, well it's called a surprise for a reason and you were definitely surprised.

"You really out did yourself Rogers." You laughed, as you both sat on the floor of his living room, surrounded by pillows and blankets, with How I Met your Mother playing in the background.

"Well, since this being our first date." He leaned over and grabbed the bottle of (your favorite drink) and poured it into yours and his cup. "I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly." He handed you the cup.

"Ah, okay." You smile, taking the cup. "Thank you." You leaned your back against the couch, with your head on his shoulder. To which he leaned his head onto yours absentmindedly.

Then the sound of the door bell ringing, brought you both out of your thoughts. He then got up slowly, making sure you wouldn't fall.

"Who's at the door?" You asked. Steve opened the door reveling a young girl with a large pizza box in his hand.

"A large cheese pizza for Steve Rogers? " He asked holding the pizza out.

"Yes, come in I'll get you the money." Steve smiled, walking into the living room, grabbing his wallet from his jacket on the couch. You wave at the pizza girl, to which he smiles and waves back.

"Are you guys like on a date or something?" She asked, putting the pizza down on the table, and watched Steve count the money he was handing her.

"Something like that." You smile, getting up to pout yourself another cup. She looked at the paused Netflix screen.

"How I Met your Mother, nice choice." She winked at you. "Really sets the mood for Netflix and Chill." That made you cough up your soda, most of it coming out of your nose.

"I'm sorry what?" Steve asked, innocently. You blush and wave your hand, as if dismissing the situation.

"It's not that kind of date." You gasp for breath.

"Your loss." She smirks, taking the money from Steve's hand.

"Keep the change." He smiles slightly.

"Alright then, you guys have a nice night." She smiles as she leaves.

The rest of the night goes pretty smoothly and since the marathon lasted longer than you thought, you ended up spending the night there, leaving that morning after a nice slightly burnt breakfast.

Bruce:

It was an hour after you got out of work. Bruce was coming in about an hour. You had already done your hair and make up, what was troubling you was what to wear. After what seemed like forever you went with your favorite pair of ripped jeans and a t-shirt that read "I make bad science puns periodically." and a flannel.

You smile when you hear the doorbell ring. When you open the door, he's standing there with a bouquet of (f/c) roses.*

"(F/c) roses?" You ask with a small laugh at the surprise. You open the door more, letting him through.

"Do you like them?" He asked, worried. "Pepper said they were your favorite." He explained.

"Like them? I love them." You smile brightly, he lets out a sigh of relief. "Let me just put these in a vase, then we'll go." You go to the kitchen to find a vase and fill it with water. "What movie are we seeing anyway?"

"If we leave soon, we should be able to make it to either Now you See Me 2 or Finding Dory ." He said, checking his phone. "Did you know Nice Guys is in theaters?"
