At the strike of the hour since they felt unwell they'd fall asleep and never wake up. It was extremely contagious. Touch the ill to wake them up you had it. Touch the door handle that the ill had touched you had it. Don't even ask me how anyone survived but 6 billion 999 million 990 thousand died in 2 days. The 10 thousand that survived were forced into hiding underground. Only 100 were from my city. And I lived in New York. People didn't stop dying and we were growing thin on supplies. People had gone up to find meat but anything was rotten or gave them food poisoning which they eventually died from. That was only the beginning...
