Five minutes later, kids and parents alike started coming in to have fun, eat pizza and see the bots. A few young girls and boys came over to Kid's Cove to see Foxina and hear her stories of action and adventure.

"This is SO dumb, I'm just going to be sick," said Jake, a twelve year old boy with long, brown hair.

"Agreed!" said his friend, Cody.

"Hey, why don't we tear her apart!" sneered Jake.

They tore Foxina's costume off, revealing her endoskeleton. By the time they were done, the only parts of the costume left on her were the head, the hand and the feet. Foxina was helpless. They had messed with her internal workings. Even her police radio was broken. She crawled helplessly on the ground, trying to reach the nearest staff member.

Those little brats will pay for what they have done to me, thought Foxina.

The two boys laughed at her. "What's wrong, Foxina - you're mangled?"

Staff tried to fix her up, but the damage was permanent.

"What a shame. We had high hopes for her," said Bill, one of the staff. "Now she's just mangled." That's when she was renamed "Mangle."

Foxina was put out for the kids to tamper with, kind of like Mr. Potato Head. She ended up having an extra endoskeleton head and a few more arms and legs. Foxina thought it was torture to have the kids messing with her parts.

First night on the job. I can do this, thought Jeremy, the new night guard. He walked to his office and sat casually at his desk, checking cameras.

The place was dark. The toy animatronics were standing on the show stage. The Purple Man appeared behind the toy animatronics. "Who are you?" asked new Freddy.

"Your worst nightmare! He he he..."Purple Man laughed evilly. He sent a telepathic wave to the animatronics, making them obey him. "Kill that security guard!" he barked.

The bots had no choice but to obey.

Jeremy took out a horror novel - Dracula - from his tote bag and started reading. A few minutes later, he heard heavy footsteps coming closer and closer to his office. He put down his book. "Who's there?" he shouted. No answer. Jeremy shone his flashlight down the hall, to see Foxy staring straight at him.

Jeremy almost dropped his flashlight.

Maybe if I listen to the message the manager left me, I'll know what to do, he thought. Jeremy listened intently to the message, taking in every word. So I have to put on a mask if a bot comes in my room, and flash Foxy if he's in the hallway. Easy enough!

Jeremy started by winding up the music box, then checking cameras.

Foxy tried to break free of Purple Man's control by trying to dismiss Purple Man's commands from his brain but it was no use. What he took to be the new guard was flashing bright lights in his face. It was blinding - he couldn't see in front of himself. The guard stopped flashing his light so he could wind the music box. Foxy got ready to strike, having no control over his actions.

Jeremy heard laughing, and stopped winding the box to see a little boy animatronic holding a balloon in front of the door. He shrieked in terror and put on the mask as fast as he could. "This can't be happening! This can't be happening!" (Warning: violence ahead).

Balloon Boy glanced Foxy's way, and Foxy took that as a cue to kill. Foxy got ready to lunge right at Jeremy.

I, Carter (Marionnette) was hiding in the shadows, and lunged before Foxy could. I tried to strangle Jeremy. Jeremy squirmed and kicked, trying to free himself from my vice-like grip. But it was too late. The world spun, everything went black, then nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Purple Man grinned at his achievement. It was 6 AM, and the animatronics were released from Purple Man's control.

"I killed him!" I shouted in fear. I sobbed and cursed in rage.

"May Jeremy rest in peace," said Foxy, looking at Jeremy's name tag.

They later stuffed his body in a Freddy suit.

Balloon Boy teleported away from the office to his usual spot to cry.

Foxy headed to the Parts and Service room to tell his old pals the sad news. On the way he saw Balloon Boy sobbing, and stopped to comfort him.

"I was so scared. I didn't want to kill anyone," said Max (Balloon Boy).

"Quiet down, me lad. We'll get through this together," comforted Foxy. Foxy embraced Max in a big hug.

The old animatronics were not surprised by the death of the security guard, having killed numerous security guards in the past. The new animatronics were very frightened by this news.

"So every night, Purple Man takes control of us, and we stalk security guards, trying to kill them?" Toy Freddy asked.

"Aye, when we get revenge on him, that is when our nightmare will end," said Foxy.
