Chapter 2

"EVERYTHING DOESN'T MAKE SENSE IN LIFE!!"I was awoken to my mum shouting..I quickly got up and rushed to see my mum..She was talking to a postman and she was arguing that she did not receive money from her owner whom she rented our previous house long ago.She looked fumed up and anxiety was written all over her face..The postman replied to my mother that the owner has not sent any parcel to us..My mum raised her hand to slap him and I calmed her down..I apologized to the postman and I tried soothing my mother..After all,I am the only person for her as she is for me..She hugged me in return and sobbed..I moved my hand up and down her back and asked her to lay down and got ready for school..Leaving two slice of bread in the table,I locked my house and went to school..As I was walking I heard someone calling my name..I turned around and I saw my best friend,Arizona..She waved and rushed to me..And together we started walking to school

ARIZONA:Hi Shaley
SHALEY:Hi
ARIZONA:Why are looking so dull?
SHALEY:It's nothing...Did u do the hope assignment?
ARIZONA:Of course!Our whole grade depends on this assignment..Don't tell me you haven't done it yet?
SHALEY:Well it's not like I haven't started on it yet.Since the lesson is after recess,I will go to the library and finish the assignment.
ARIZONA:Oh..Do you need me to follow you?
SHALEY:No,it's k..But if you can,just buy for me a packet of Milo..
ARIZONA:Sure!.
The rest of the walk to the school was quiet..After reaching school,we separated to our own classes..Arizona and I were not in the same class at after last year since she was the brainy one and I was the 'Lazy' one.Thus we do not have common things to talk about class too..But I love Arizona as she is there for me whenever I need her.Since we get the same assignments,She pushes me to study harder so that I can support my mum in the future.
I went inside my class and sat in the back bench..The classroom was as usual noisy and hectic..There was the popular Sassy,flirting with the handsome Harry.And there was the nerdy Michael sitting down in the front seat studying ..And there was me,scanning the room..There was another new guy who entered the class and immediately the class was silent..All the glares were on him..He had curly hair and he looked quite cute.He was wearing a checked shirt and he looked around to find a seat..The next thing I knew was him coming in my direction..I had my chills as always mostly due to the fact that I get nervous by boys..He sat beside me and he smiled at me..Omg..He looked even more cute..I sat there frozen..
