Introducing Me (A Nick Jonas Fan-Fiction)

"Shannon," he whispered before leaning closer. "It's you. I choose you." He lips brush over hers tempting to go in for a kiss before he starts to pull back. "I love you Shannon. I've love you since the day-" he stops abruptly as she begins to kiss him passionately.

"Sorry I couldn't wait any longer. I've wanted to hear you say that for so long," she says before pulling him even closer as they lean in for another kiss. BANG!

Shannon immediately sits up in her bed, looking for the noise that startled her awake. That's when it hit her. It was all a dream. Nick Jonas was nowhere to be found. She fell backwards onto her bed with a loud groan. That's when the noise start to persist again.

"Hey Shannon! I see that you're awake now let me in!" Shannon looked towards her window and sure enough her best friend Kate was outside her window.

"Kate what the heck are you doing? And where did you get this ladder?" Shannon asked and opened her window to let Kate in.

"You're dad left it outside. I think he was cleaning the gutters near your window this morning? Not important what's important is that you were still sleeping when we have such a big weekend ahead of us!" She said as she stumbled into her room.

"What's important is that you should know I do have a front door," she joked.

"Because you're dad is doing yard work like usual and your mom goes to the grocery store every Saturday morning! And weren't going to answer the door when you were dreaming of him!'"

"Who?"

"The guy who covers your wall, the guy who we will being seeing tomorrow night at the concert! The reason we have to go shopping for cute outfits today. Have I given you enough hints yet?" She said dramatically.

"We kissed before you attacked my window!"

"Of course you were dreaming of Nick Jonas" she said rolling her eyes.

"We were right about to kiss again right before you decided we were having a fashion crisis!" She said defensively.

"Well we will have one tomorrow at the baseball game and then concert on Monday night if you don't hurry up and come shopping with me!"

"Fine I'll meet you at your house in thirty minutes" Shannon said.

"Don't be late. This girl is leaving promptly at 12!" She said as she started to climb out the window and back down the ladder.

"I'm you're ride so you'll leave promptly when I pick you up!" She called out her window before adding, "I still have a front door you know!"

She shut her window and started to quickly get ready for the day ahead. Shannon turned on the shower and started to laugh at how weird her best friend is. Shannon and Kate had been friends ever since Kate moved next door in first grade. Both of Shannon's parents worked so she would go to Kate's house after school everyday. In return Kate would come to Shannon's house on Saturdays for play dates. They've been best of friends ever since. Even though they are both seniors in high school now they still hang out after school everyday.

They tell each other everything! Not like they really need to Kate always knows when Shannon is crushing on someone, if she had a superpower that would be it. Kate knew just by looking at her that she had a crush on Colin Simpson the cutie from her science class even before Shannon had admitted it to herself. Shannon knew when Kate had her first kiss with Ben Welkins after he had walked her home from school. Even though she tried to hide it, she couldn't, it was all over her face. Neither one of them was good at keeping secrets from each other.
