Summer 2013--Our2ndLife
Senior year done! Done with High School. Now that some of the members of O2L are staying here for the summer, Jennifer plans to become their good friend before she head off to college
Chapter 1
"THEY'RE HERE!" I yell in my room all alone. I just saw a tweet by JC Caylen that he and Connor and Ricky have just arrived in LA. I'm so excited. Watching all their YouTube videos brighten the end of my day. I literally can't wait to go home and watch their silly faces say silly things. This past Frantastic Monday, Connor said some inspirational words. I like that so very much that I used it in my senior project assigned as "The Meaning of Life". I just hope my teacher doesn't mind.
"Jennifer! Come make us breakfast!" my mom yelled.
"Okay," I responded. I like making pancakes for my family. I feel overjoyed when the pancake accidentally turns out in the shape of a heart. And when it does, I give those ones to my mom because I love her so much. She is so amazing I don't know what I'd do without her.
The last 3 weeks of school. I just want it to be over! And prom was last week and it was so fun! But all the people that went with each other in the pictures that were posted didn't end up dancing that much together. There were a lot of groups dancing as compared to couples. A lot of the other girls' dresses were really pretty. My date and I were practically dancing all night long. But the night went by so fast! After we ate and took photos with some of our friends, it was already 10pm! When the other kids posted their prom pictures in the afternoon the next day, they used #promwithdrawal and because it was so fun I think about it all the time too.
Chapter 2
"NOOO!" i scream as I saw their tweets. "#thestruggle when @our2ndlife tweets pictures of LA and you're right down the street!!" I tweeted. They were taking pictures at Santa Monica Pier and a late night at LACMA. God I wanted to see their little faces so bad. My friends at school are so over me telling them about my babies. I have this idea in my head that if they are at a place I am somehow nearby, I would run into them. Like I've read some fanfiction where girls meet their favorite celebrities because they bump into them out of nowhere and pretend they don't know them and then become good friends with them. Like that needs to happen to me!!
Ugh!!!! These Vine videos and Instagram pictures will be the death of me. I am fangirling so hard throughout the day at school when I remember that they are 20 minutes away from me.They live someplace near the Santa Monica apartments because of the background in their recent video uploads. I'm not lying. I really know that area even thought I don't live there. I ran with Students Run LA and as training we run from our school to Santa Monica Beach as our 21 mile training later in the year. Doing this for 4 years has pretty much made me familiar with the area.
I've never been able to see JC go live on Thursdays because by the time I get home, he's done. Oh time zones! Why do you exist! No one likes you! So I'm so happy that I finally get to see him live along with Connor and Ricky.
"Oh man. No! No no no no no," I said as I got the link to YouNow. It wasn't working for Safari and I was missing the important first few minutes of the broadcast. I hurriedly linked my Facebook account with YouNow but I couldn't type anything! "Oh well. I'll just let it be."
(about an hour later) "Ahaha. Oh my god," I laughed as the stream was ending and they were twerking. "Well, now time to do my homework."
"You haven't done your homework?" my brother asked in the other room.
"You heard that? Yeah, it's easy though. Just a 5 page essay on the meaning of my life," I chuckled--like it really was.
