Chapter 3: Birthday Move

I finally got my adoptive father's home in Bel-Air. The house was huge. It was three stories high, kind of like a mansion or something. L.A. is a record producer working Epic Records, which is part of Sony Music Entertainment. From Ryder, Mr. Reid also used to be a judge on The X Factor USA and American Idol.

Next month is Halloween. I hope my new dad will have a costume for an important celebrity Halloween party. I went to the front door with Ryder and he knocked. Mr. Reid, opened the door. He said, "Ryder, nice to see you. You must be Lisa, my new daughter." "I am, Mr. Reid," I said. "Please, call me Dad or L.A.," he said. I smiled softly and nodded. He said, "You can come in if you want." I smiled and came in. Ryder brought my stuff into the house. Dad, a man in his late-50s, African-American from the big city of Cincinnati. He has a grown son, Aaron, who is 23 and a rapper. Aaron came downstairs to see his new little sister.

*Ryder's POV*
I put Lisa's stuff in her room upstairs beside Aaron. Aaron was quite astonished seeing his new sister. Desperately, brothers and sisters usually have fights, but Aaron seems to like Lisa as a sister. No fights, which is good. I recently invited James Maslow, his girlfriend Morgan, and the Reid Family for Zayn Malik's Boombastic Halloween Gala at his house in London next month.

Zayn's Boombastic Halloween Gala is a biannual and biggest Halloween costume party in England. Zayn usually have fun with Halloween every year since he got 1D famous. Zayn is pretty busy with his new album coming out next year. His former bandmates from One Direction will be there, Chris Brown, Jason Derulo, Rihanna, and much more celebrities will be at the party. Lisa will go as Bonnie from Bonnie and Clyde. I told Zayn on the phone to go as a Clyde looking for his Bonnie, for which he agreed. Everyone must be very excited of the news.

"Everyone, I have great news," I said as Morgan, James, and the family sat down. "Okay, Zayn Malik, the former member of One Direction, is having a Boombastic Halloween Gala. I'm inviting everyone here to the party next month. I told Zayn and he agreed to go as Clyde from the gangster duo Bonnie and Clyde. Lisa, you are going as Bonnie. Morgan, James, Mr. Reid, Pebbles, and Aaron, go as whatever you're going as for the party," I told them.
