As we entered the VIP section Sophie and me were dragged into a very private booth up some stairs. From here you could see the dance floor. There are women grinding against men and men with one woman but checking out god knows how many more! Waitresses with quite minimal clothing are carrying their trays which are full of drinks and some older men are trying to grope them…Typical scenes you can see at a club! Our booth is very comfortable and that's probably because of the plush velvet seats and the fact that it is quite spacious. I assume that Calvin is well-known at this club because we were given probably the best booth. Calvin and I sat one side of the booth whilst Sophie joined Joe.

I am sat very close to Calvin and each time our arms brush together accidentally, it send tingles shooting up all through my body. I haven't felt anything like this whilst doing an assignment. I know he likes me, who wouldn't? I'm his dream girl! But I can't help feeling a little satisfied that he does! He is attracted to the real me, I'm hardly even acting at all! I'm obviously positioned at an angle so he has a nice view of my cleavage, but apart from that, I'm just being myself. And he is the ideal guy for me as well. Except for the drug smuggling, of course! If we had met under different circumstances, things would have been great. However, this is the situation now and I have to be professional. There is no room for failures at this job! Anyway, we are all talking and trying to get to know each other. Calvin, Sophie and Joe and me are just talking about general things.

'So Ellie?' Calvin says to me, and only me. He has turned away from the others and excludes both of us from the ongoing conversation we were once apart of. Sophie looks my way briefly and I give her a' you-doing-great-keep-it-up’ smile.  Sophie is doing her job great, keeping Joe busy. I haven’t met her before, but I can see that she is an amazing actor. 'At the bar, you said you were single?', Calvin continues. Straight to the point I see! There’s no beating around the bush!

Okay, it’s acting time! I blush and smile, turning my head to the floor to show that I am innocent and available. I have found that this is what they like. They are always interested in modest and allegedly innocent girls. It excites them! I decide to take the opportunity to put my hand on his arm and stroke it softly gaining more of his attention than necessary. His arms are so lean and muscular I almost get distracted. Almost! I turn my gaze up to him, to find that he is staring heatedly right back into my golden honey eyes. Wow, those eyes could make me melt!

'I am yes, and you? You must have girls all over you!' I laugh as he puts his hand on my thigh under the table. His hand is so soft and his touch is very gentle. The intimate skin to skin contact is sending shivers down my spine. The good kind… After a lot of time at this job, there is a man who manages to get this reaction out of me and I don’t know how to feel about it. It makes me feel a woman, but at the same time I know that it is wrong!

He laughs with me. 'No, no I am currently single and I’ve been for some time. I can’t seem to find an interesting enough woman to date…’, there is a short pause after that, ‘Look Ellie, you’re a really nice and beautiful girl and, well, I would like to know if maybe you would like to go on a date with me. Say tomorrow?'. It is just me or is he a little nervous?

Yes, I'm in, Calvin! Of course, I’m in! And how easy it was… I expected him to be more suspicious considering that he is a drug dealer. Not that I complain though, this makes my job easier and my boss will be very pleased with my progress.

'Oh Calvin, I'd love to. Where are you going to take me?' I ask as I turn to face him more, being careful to move forward a little to further show my cleavage. I can’t afford losing his attention now!

'Do you like surprises Ellie?' He asks as he slides his hand to mine and slightly squeezes them.

'I love them' I say with a grin. I was sure he would say that! What is it with guys and surprises these days? Okay, it’s a date but it doesn’t have to be a surprise necessarily!

'Well then be ready at 7pm tomorrow night and I'll pick you up' He says with a smile. He seems genuinely happy that I agreed to go to this date with him and that boosts my confidence further. Let’s face it, this guy can have any girl that he wants with his hot looks and caring personality…

We order more champagne and stay in the VIP section till midnight. It was a little more crowded than when we first entered, if that’s possible. The club is literally full to the point that it’s difficult to move! Not that I was not enjoying being in Calvin’s company, but I have work tomorrow so I said goodbye. As Sophie and I were leaving, I couldn't help but feel a gaze on my bottom. I turned slightly only to discover it was Calvin and I didn't mind in the slightest like I might have done with any other assignment.  He appreciation is welcomed and it makes me feel so good inside! Before I left we exchanged numbers and I texted him my address, so we are ready for tomorrow. When I went to leave, I gave hug him and placed my arms around the neck to kiss him softly on the cheek. He is at least 5 inches taller than me so it was a little challenging but when I hugged him goodbye, I noticed that our bodies fit perfectly together.

I just hope that I don't fall for him. I have never had real feelings for an assignment before. No, this can't happen! Pull it together Eleanor Reid! He is a drug dealer for Christ's sake! You’ll take a cold shower as soon as you get home and you’ll forget about how he made you feel! This is an order!

I was having these thoughts when I returned home and I can say that I actually achieved my goal. I forgot all about Calvin’s touch and smooth voice. But it all crushed down when I received a text from him that read ‘Goodnight sweet Ellie! Can’t wait to see you tomorrow! x Calvin’…

I feel like a teenager who's gone on her first date with her longtime crush!
