I am signing away,
all these parts of me.
My hands to my work,
to guide new hands.
My arms to my kids,
to hold them when they need it.
My heart to my love,
for no one else may have it.
My brain too the world,
in hopes you learn from my mistakes.
My eyes to my parents,
so you may see how much I love you.
My back to my brother,
i'd always bend over backwards to help you.
My shoulder to my sister,
I am here to support you.
My ears to my teachers,
to hear what new things i've learned.
My feet too the mountains,
may my trails show others the way.
My legs to those who've helped me,
let me take your burden.
My soul to anyone who will take it,
may you share in all my hopes and dreams.
I willingly sign away,
all these parts of me.
