Madison's pov.

I wlaked out of Max's house and ran across the street back to mine. when I got home my Mon was in the kitchen.

"Maddi dinner will be done soon okay?" .spoke my mom softly.

"okay I'll be back" I said quickly.

I ran up the stairs to my room wanting to text Max.

"did your brother tell?" I asked

"no he said he wouldn't" Max replied

"okay good by the way your a really good kisser ;) lol" I said stupidly.

"thank you you are to but I can tell it was your first kiss" he texted.

"how did you know?" I asked embarrassed.

"I didn't until now haha" he texted back.

just then my mom yelled up the stairs saying that dinner was ready. I texted Max and told him I had to go but I'd be back soon. I ran downstairs in a good mood and sat down at the dinner table.

"well aren't you happy" my mom said suspiciously.

" what is that supposed to mean?" I replied nervously.

"you like that boy don't you he's cute and he seems nice but I'm warning you don't try anything" my mom said in a joking manner.

"so your okay with... me and him being together?" I asked curiously.

"well yeah your in high school just don't say anything to your dad he'll be mad" my mom replied.

" thank you thank you thank you!" I said as I ran and hugged my mom.

I ate quickly so that I could text Max. it wasn't late but it was dark outside. I asked my mom if he could come over then I invited him over. in about five minutes there was a knock at the door. I expected it to be Max but it was my dad. I look at my mom and I knew I had to tell my dad.

"dad there's a boy I like coming over and I wasn't going to tell you but I know that telling you is the right thing to do and if you have a problem with... " he cut me off.

" okay calm down its fine I just wanna meet the boy and that's all" replied my dad.

" really your okay with it?" I asked shocked.

" yeah he can go all over the house but he has to have my approval I want to see if I can trust him" he replied.

then there was the knock I opened the door and introduced Max to my dad. after about ten minutes of them talking my dad said he was okay and that he could be trusted. but could he really? could I really trust Max?. could I trust myself around him or would temptation take over?
