My running explanation (part 2)

people do different things to calm down. Some people do boxing, dancing, painting. I run. I enjoy the way I can just have my feet slam on the ground and not have to feel anything but my heart beating through me, I love it. Well I am incredibly pale, so I have a tendency of getting sun burned very easily. Eventually after getting sun burned many times I finally started running at night. When I can't sleep because I'm overwhelmed or frustrated with something. Yeah that's when I run. It just helps gets everything out. Well it was a Thursday night during the summer and I was just really frustrated, and felt overwhelmed. I went on a run at 10:30ish the park I used to run at has a nice little circle path about .5 miles I can usually run 10 sometimes 11 of them before I start going home. I get to the park and I see this white van, I try to tune it out blasting 21 pilots, and start sprinting. My 4th lap in I notice the van again. Thinking oh well it's probably just a different van.
